Other features include a modern outdoor shower on the rear deck, central air conditioning, walk out basement with laundry, 3 season front porch, stainless steel appliances including dishwasher; microwave, 4 TVs, full cable and WI-FI, DVD. Ceiling and portable fans throughout. Property surrounded with beautiful gardens including private backyard.

The house is located 200 feet from the private, ocean beach that is shared with the other 7 houses on the street.

Post-Summer Getaway

We rent this charming home in September or October when the weather is still gorgeous, but the hustle and bustle of the summer subsides. The beaches are beautiful at this time of the year, and all restaurants and other amenities are fully available. We especially like the front enclosed porch. There is a nice table and chair set where we enjoy playing games with the grandchildren and also take in the ocean view. We like vacationing in the Dennis area because it is mid Cape, and it offers easy access to all surrounding towns. Owners are extremely accommodating and helpful and keep a very clean house. We love it here and feel like its our home away from home. Would highly recommend. We've stayed other places over the years, but this is a keeper and our favorite by far!

A Dream Vacation

Staying here is something we look forward to all year long. The house is gorgeous, spacious, and very clean. The owners are lovely, and very quick to accomodate your every need. We've been coming here for a few years now, so we're familiar with the area, and enjoy revisiting our favorite places as well as discovering new places. Everything you need - restaurants, shops, groceries, coffee and a pastry for your morning walk, is close by. The private beach is steps away and perfect for kids as well as adults. It's also very convenient for running back to the house to make a quick lunch. The whole street is beautiful, and reminiscent of an earlier day when life was simple and people were friendly and always greeted one another. One of our favorite things is the rooftop deck for having our cocktail hour and looking out over the ocean. What a beautiful place for the perfect family vacation. We look forward to our stay next year!

Very Nice Home

We stayed here two summers ago, and would have returned last summer but for our desire to bring the dog. Wish we had boarded the dog! This house is clean, and well maintained. The roof deck is great for star watching, nice backyard for BBQ, rooms are nicely decorated. Quick walk to the beach, which works well for little one's bathroom needs. Stark contrast to the poorly maintained property we ended up at in Wellfleet. Hope to return one day.
