The wife and I just came back from two wonderful weeks staying at Mrs. Wyllie's condo at the SeaFarer. This place is just perfect! The property was exactly as advertised, very clean and comfy and well maintained. We appreciated the owner's attention to the little details such as leaving little signs explaining how some appliances are working, We also appreciated the beach chairs and the gravity chairs on the deck. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. We especially appreciated the bistro chairs and table on the balcony where my better half and I spent many hours sipping wine and admiring the ocean and listening to the sound of the waves on the beach.
This was 5th time in North Myrtle Beach in the last 12 years (but our first time alone without the kids) and this condo is by far the best one we rented. It is perfect for a couple or if you have yong children. The condo is close to Barefoot landing and all the main attractions. In short it's a great value for your money. When we go back to N. Myrtle Beach (and we plan to!) this condo will definitely be our first choice.

We stayed 6/09, condo was exactly as described. All the other reviews are 100% accurate....Very, very clean. Everything you could need. Great for a family with 2 small children. Perfect location. Nice pool, beach and beautiful location. N. Myrtle is great for familys. The restaurant guide in the cupboard had great recommendations(Biminis and Sea Captians House the best) Dined at both 2 times. We can't wait to come back in a few years!!!!! Would highly recommend to others.

This condo was perfect for my husband and 2 kids. It is very clean and exactly how it was described. The beach chairs were great because we didn't have to worry about bringing some from home. I would definietly recommend this condo for a couple or a family of 4. We also liked the stocked kitchen with the coffee grinder and crock pot. We're hoping to come back next year.

We stayed at this unit May/09 and I have to agree with the previous reviews - great location away from busy Highway 17 yet close enough for dining out, theaters, shopping and supermarkets. Unit was spotless and balcony looking over the ocean with chairs and table was great for an afternoon cocktail. We played golf at Azalea Sands and Becechwood - 10 minute dive - nice courses and reasonably priced.
Would stay here again.

This unit is a small fully-equipped one bedroom second floor condo facing the ocean. It has a small living room/dining room, a full kitchen, a bath with tub/shower combination, and a small deck overlooking the ocean. The condo is very well maintained and overlooks both the ocean and the outdoor pool. On our arrival the owner had recently added an attractive new floor, new washer/dryer combo, and new queen size mattress. There are television sets in both the bedroom and living room with a dvd player in the living room. The unit was just as described by the owner and looked exactly like the on-line photos.
My wife and I are nearing retirement and found the quiet of N. Myrtle very comfortable when compared to the busier atmosphere further south. The unit seemed to us to be centrally located making it easy for us to visit whatever shows, restaurants or shops we wanted. At the same time Ocean Blvd.is not subject to the noise or traffic on route seventeen. We thought the location was ideal.
We found virtually unlimited choices for restaurants and had satisfactory experiences wherever we went to eat. We enjoyed the show at the Alabama Theater and we had fun exploring Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Although we don't play mini-golf we were impressed with the number of the courses and the many different themes. We hope to try some of them with our grand-children next time.
We recommend this rental to anyone looking for a small, quiet, clean accommodation on the ocean, and we consider it a great value. The owner was very helpful and available to answer our questions. We would rent here again.

We stayed here 9/13-/08. Found the condo exactly as described at VRBO website.
Very clean and very comfortable with extra touches by the owners that made us feel very much at home.
Great sitting on the balcony and seeing the ocean just yards away.
Very close to Barefoot Landing and outlet mall for shopping and to all kinds of restaurants.
We hope to return again next year.

Great for a couple or someone with 1 or 2 small children. Would stay there again. We found the property to be as it was advertised. The Customer Service was great. She has added many personal touches to make your stay more enjoyable. The location is absolutely perfect. Shopping, shows and great food is just minutes away. The view couldn't be better. If you're not into laying on the beach the balcony is perfect for enjoying the view in a private setting.
Owner's Response: So glad everyone is enjoying it. Just added the two extra beach chairs to take out on the beach and we're adding a new thermal coffee maker for the Late Risers or those who want to sip coffee on the balcony all morning. We're also taking down some DVD's this weekend for the Winter Months. It's truly a Great Get Away!
