I chose to purchase this vacation rental place because of its beautiful atmosphere. It is very relaxing in Mission Lakes country club. I get to get away with my family and just have some time off and enjoy the sunshine, the climate and everything else that this place has to offer.

What makes this condo unique

My vacation rental is totally design for relaxation with modern and classic outlook, the country club has to offer all set golf course, two amazing pools, barbeque grills under Cabanas and tennis court.

Wonderful Vacation

The accomodation was exactly as described in our research. The condo was exceptionally clean and everything was in good working order throughout our stay. The pool, hot tub, laundry were close by and also very well maintained. Even the barbeques were of commercial caliber. As if this wasn't enough, the golf course was excellent as well. Vilen, our contact was excellent to deal with and made himself available should we need anything.

I would definately recommend this condo to others with no hesitation.

My wife and I spent the month of January in this condo. It was great for two people and has pretty much everything that is needed. All the details were handled professionally. The local golf course is great and was a bargain. We spent a number of days lounging at the at condo's pool area. Met a lot of the residents and guests and most were very friendly. Overall, we enjoyed the experience and would recommend this condo.

Very Disappointing Condo

This is a condo located in a very basic complex. Washer & dryer is in a laundromat at the other end of the complex. 'Off street parking' is on a side street of the complex. So many residents smoked outside near the condos that we were rarely able to leave any doors open for fresh air. Access to the Mission Lakes facilities requires a one month stay (from documentation in the condo). The queen bed is a 6"-8" foam slab (NOT memory foam either...). The condo patio is approx 6'X6'. There is no golf course view from the condo or the complex at ground level. The condo kitchen was extremely minimally stocked (cutlery for four, mismatched dishes, sufficient wine glasses but three old fashioned glasses and four plastic tumblers, no ovenware and minimal serving ware). Smoke detector battery was dead, the battery on the only phone died after twenty minutes of each use. We reported most of this to the owner during our stay. We cannot recommend this condo.

Condo is located in Mission Lakes Country Club. On ground floor, with 2 parking spots off street and plenty parking on street. I have contracted our neighbors about smoking. I fully restocked kitchen with everything new. Batteries replaced in all alarm systems. And new wireless phone as well.

We spent a most enjoyable January here. A perfect condo for 2 people with very nice appointments. All financial details were handled in timely and professional manner. The surroundings(golf, pool, neighbours etc) were ideal. We would diffinitely stay here again.

We spent a month here, beautiful weather, excellent clean, newly redone condo with all new appliances, great accomodations. The Owner kept in touch in case we needed anything. Close to golf and their course is beautiful and you don't have to break the bank to play there! We'd come back again.

An economy VRBO that doesn't live like one. Elevated location moderates the heat and provides breathtaking views. Convenient drive to tons of golf courses, spas, casinos, and shopping of every description. Given the opportunity, I'd stay here again.
