Beautiful Home/Great Location!

Family Vacation

We absolutely loved the beach house! It had everything you could ever need or want when you are on vacation. The house is huge with a lot of storage space so it didn't feel like we were on top of eachother (which is important as a family of 5). I like to cook and bake, the kitchen was equiped with everything. The beach was really nice because the kids could dig and build sand castles. Tons of beach towels, beach toys and chairs to sit in the sun. In the evenings it was really nice to be able to sit on the screened porch and watch the sunset with a nice glass of wine (especially with all the masquitos that come out at night!). We also liked the convenience of food and the jet express close by. Patrick was great to work with, he made it such an easy process when we were planning our family vacation. Thanks Patrick!!! We will definately be back again next summer :o)

This is our second trip to this wonderful home. Patrick is awesome and great to deal with! Damage deposit refund check made it to my home in less than a week from my departure from Ohio. The home is the best of the best! Everything that you need is there. The lower level screened in Porch is spectacular at night. The beds are comfortable. The living room/kitchen area can accomadate a group. It was great to have a grill to do cookouts.

I am from Florida, my adult children are from St. Louis and NYC. This home will continue to be a "special place" to meet, as we make the yearly visit to Sachett Cemetary to pay honor to thier dad and my beloved husband of 27 years. Of course, we also have a great place to entertain the in-laws. Thank you Patrick for providing such a wonderful place for us to gather!

This was our 1st time in Port Clinton and we had a great experience. The house was very clean and had everything we needed in it to be comfortable. The beds were a little hard, but other than that the house was perfect for a little vacation. Going over to Put in Bay was so easy since we were so close to the Jet Express. We walked to a diner for dinner and to McDonalds was right across the street in case we needed it. It was a great long weekend. We are planning to stay longer next year.

We had a great time on our vacation here. The house was great, clean and had a wonderful view of the lake. The owner was great to work with and had good information about the area at the home. We will stay here again when we come back to Lake Erie.

Our family really enjoyed our stay. This home is extremely nice and has many features that add to a comfortable vacation. We especially enjoyed the screened in porch and the deck, along with the lake view and sunsets. The owner provided wonderful customer service in addition to clean accomodations. Hopefully we are able to return in the future and I have already recommended this home to friends.

I've spent many of my summers in Port Clinton as a child. Now that I've grown, i still seem to be coming back for more of that feeling of total relaxation. Our group comprised of a small group of young guys looking to get away for a week and just have fun. Boy did we find a gem!!! The house is impeccable. The house is clean and neat, which is good for those who dread the dirty feeling of a hotel. It offers every commodity needed for a 3 day get-away to a monthly stay. We were pleasantly supprised to even find a gas grill provided. The highlight of the house has to be the deck(s). Downstairs provides a covered/screened in deck for rainy/buggy times. The second story deck provides a breathtaking 180 degree view of Lake Erie with Port Clinton to the west, and Put-In-Bay Island to the east. Excellent view of the sunrise/sunset, as well as a bright starry sky at night.

The community is extremely nice, the houses are well kept, and the landscaping is nice. The houses are very close together, but it never seemed intrusive. The community is set right off the main road, but noise level is shielded by the first row of houses. The pool area was a big hit with the group, even more so than the beach, as the lake was cool by mid-september. The only letdown is the 11 pm close time of the pool/hot tub area. We figured the community tries to cut down on offenders by shutting off electric at 11:05, which was sad for us late-nighters.

The community is perfectly set with entertainment, food, and shopping within short drive... or even walk!! Downtown Port Clinton is only a mile to the west. GREAT restaurants and the Jet Express to Put-In-Bay can be found there. Cedar Point is only 25 minutes to the east.

Rates aren't bad at all, especially with the size/quality/and location of the house. Patrick is a pleasure to do business with and is very flexible. Overall, it was a fabulous trip, and we can't wait to book our next visit!!!
