The Best Rental in Santa Barbara

We stayed here for 5 nights in May. This house was so fantastic, we passed up sight seeing just to enjoy the property! The outdoor living space is beyond fantastic! Every detail inside the house is perfectly placed and decorated. Teresa and Chris are the most welcoming and friendly people you could possibly rent from. We hope to start planning a yearly trip back to the house! Thank you so much Teresa and Chris!

This exceptionally clean, stylish, relaxing, spa-like environment provides all the anemities one expects when looking for that "home away from home" getaway. The home offers comfort and privacy, yet is within walking distance to great restaurants, shopping and entertainment. I would highly recommend this house and it's location to those seeking to fulfill and enjoy all that Santa Barbara has to offer.

I can't imagine staying anywhere else in Santa Barbara. This is a beautiful home inside and out - complete with all the amenities of a 5 Star hotel. The home is very spacious and beautifully decorated, the beds are comfortable, and the back patio area is to die for. Best of all, the owners are absolutely wonderful. Their hospitality will keep me coming back again and again and again.

Last weekend my friends held a bridal shower for me at this location and I was so fascincated by this beautiful, relaxing home. It is clean, well-maintained and the owner provided stellar customer service.
We were able to enjoy the outdoor paradise, sitting and relaxing on the beautiful deck. Music surrounded us the entire time, there were so many radio stations and musicians to choose from. On Sunday we went for a nice hike in the Mission area. This home is close to all Santa Barbara has to offer. It is a hidden gem and I cannot wait to book my next stay. You will not be disappointed with your experience.

We rented this home with friends based on pictures and location, as well as our dealings with the owners, and we got far more than we expected. The house is artistically decorated, very clean, cosy, private and has lots of amenities like the hot tub and fire pit outside. Inside there is everything anyone needs including a music system and excellent TV. We enjoyed the gas fireplace and the muted lighting in the evenings. We watched a two hour Bruce Springsteen concert one evening while cooking and dancing around the living room. Perfect! The beds are extremely comfortable and the neighbourhood is quiet. In the front bedroom I heard the odd train come into the station at night but my husband who is a sound sleeper didn't hear a thing. Neither did our friends who slept in the master bedroom at the back of the house.

The owners are warm and friendly and provide alot of information on the area as far as places to visit, restaurants, etc. They have created an album filled with suggestions for restaurants, wine tours, etc., that we found very useful. We enjoyed visiting Santa Barbara as well as travelling up to wine country for an afternoon.
We hope to return again next year with our friends again and see more of this beautiful area. We were very happy that we found this house.

We were all so impressed with this beautiful home! It is an oasis tucked away in a cute neighborhood. Very close to downtown and all the sightseeing activities.

We indulged in the hot tub, outside patio, kitchen and relaxed at the end of the night to a movie on the HD TV. This home truly felt so warm and welcoming.

The best part about this place is the owners, who will take the time to make suggestions for your visit. Super friendly and hospitable.

We have decided to make this trip an annual trip just because of this home!
