Large 2BR Oceanfront Villamare, Hilton Head Island, South Carolina,

Fully renovated condo - completed February, 2013. Our 2 bedroom/2 full bath condo is in the award winning oceanfront resort Palmetto Dune - Villamare Building 1 on 3rd Floor, just steps away from the beach.

Villamare is equipped with an Olympic sized pool, kiddie pool, hot tub, cabana and built-in BBQ. There are 3 tiers of decks with Palm trees around the pool area for sunning and relaxation. Also its indoor facilities are extensive such as heated pool, Jacuzzi, steam sauna, health club and more … The ground is fully landscaped with tropical plants and trees, waterfall and fountains - a truly all year round ocean front resort.

Keyless Entrance: Our newly renovated 3rd Floor condo 1310 offers a keyless entry with secured keypad – No more worry to carry or lose the key. The main entrance has spacious foyer that leads you to a newly-decorated living area with 48” LED TV, leather sofa and more … The enlarged dining area has a lovely glass-top dining table complimented by matching chairs for your comfort and family needs.

Master Suite has walk-out balcony, king size bed, 36 LED TV and sitting area. The built-in double French doors in the master bathroom provide privacy and spa like atmosphere – consists of granite counter top, double sinks, large walk-in tiles shower, and vanity make-up table.

We enjoyed a 2 week stay in late August 2007 and were delighted with the accomadations. A clean modern villa with all the comforts of home. The location is excellent, spectacular ocean view villa can't be beat, and at a fair price to boot. This villa is located mid-island, 3 golf courses are on sight, with shopping and entertainment with-in a 2 minute drive. we are hoping to return to this villa again and again.

Great Location and Accomodations

We recently stayed at this renovated condo and it was exactly what we were looking for. Everything you need is available and the two bikes were a nice "extra." It's in a great location, both within PD and on HHI. The recent renovations are very nice and the owners are very responsive and thorough with their communication and follow up. Highly recommended!

What A Beautiful Villa!

We stayed at this beautiful villa 2 weeks in February. The weather was cool as we expected but we still walked to the beach almost every day and to the indoor pool almost every day. Not only has it been updated, it has everything you need. This is the fourth time we have stayed there and we have never had a problem. The showers in the bathroom are beautiful and everything is clean. Villamare is very convenient to all shopping and there are 2 bikes if you have time to ride them. The view from every room is wonderful, especially to watch the sun come up in the morning.

Hope to be coming back very soon.

Beautiful place and Great Location

Beautiful decor and very spacious unit. Love the layout of the condo and enjoyed sitting on the patio in the evenings looking out into the ocean. It was so great being so close to the beach. We would take walks on the beach during the morning and sometimes at night. We were also close to the pool area and it was very nice. The one thing I loved about the pool area that it provided shady areas to sit if you did not want to get a lot of sun.

Plenty of activities close by and restaurants. I would definatley recommend BoneFish Grill which is not far from the condo. We also went jet skiing and had a great time.

The owner was very helpful and provided great customer service. We definately will come back to this place for our vacations!

Terrific location. Beachfront with good beach views from the unit. Nice pool and meticulously maintained common areas. This was an older building and unit, but the unit was quite comfortable, although showing some wear. We made good use of the two bikes that were available.There were some maintenance issues with the one building elevator and the cleaning services commandeered most of the luggage carts on check-out day (Sat), but these were just minor inconveniences in an otherwise great week.
