Great stay!

Our family got together for a vacation...all of us together!! This house by far exceeded our expectations the accomidations were great, the ocean view was awesome... The owners paid attention to a lot of detail when they built the house....Simply put AMAZING!! The hot tub is wonderful, the guys in the family all loved the MAN room as they called it and big roomy kitchen was great for all the CHEF's in the family. We got to meet the critters that roam the outdoors at the house...The Deer family came right up into the yard and the Racoons loved sharing our Smores with us at nite!! This house had it all and just a short wallk to the beach made it easy for all of us to come and go as we pleased!! Not only would I highly recommend this house for a stay....If you are going to Lincoln City you must stay at this house, well worth the price!! We are planning to stay again just as soon as we can get everyone together again... Loved the stay, Thanks for great Vacation!

We had a lovely time hanging out in the jacuzzi, walking along the beach, watching the sunset, cooking, and so much more!

The house is beautiful - great attention to detail in the finishes. The layout is great for large groups (we had 14 the first night and 12 the second). The location was easy to find, the beach was just a short walk away, the home was clean, and it had great amenities.

We had a few complaints about the beds (specifically the pull-out couch in the main floor bedroom - it was advertised and photographed as a futon). The mattresses were not high quality - but are about what you would expect in a hotel.

The main living space didn't have blinds which made it a little uncomfortable when the sun was setting - especially for those playing video games.

We had an issue with the hot tub not heating up on the second day, but we called the maintenance people and it was fixed within an hour.

Overall, the house was great, and we would recommend it and rent it again.

The modern appliances, multiple flat panel widescreen TV's, DVD, surround sound systems, computer system, game room and Spa where outstanding! I would highly recommend this house and its close location to the beach and town facilities to everyone.

Wow! This is such a beatiful home. Hard to go home! Can't wait to return -maybe a scrapbooking group!!! Also loved hot tub and computer!

We had three families here, and grandparents. It was great staying here, & there sure was enough room! Everyone liked the hot tub! We had great weather, but a little windy. Nice walk on the beach & to the store too. Love the kitchen.
Even a computer, - cool! And the fire pit was well used. Even though we weren't totally beach fron, we still saw the sunset. (Mom + Dad Bailey + 3 daughters & their families)

Nice house, lots of space, nice to have the large flat screen tv's when the storm rolled in. Nice spacious kitchen area to cook in.
