Villa, 3 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, (Sleeps 2-6)
Accommodations, etc.:
* Three bedrooms - king-size, queen-size, and twin beds.
* Three and one-half bathrooms - king-size en suite.
Home-away-from-home. Our large villa of over 2000 square feet has cathedral ceilings and is very light and airy. King-size bedroom has extra TV and VCR, and queen-size bedroom has extra TV VCR/DVD. Fully-furnished living room, dining room/quiet lounge, breakfast nook, and fully-equipped kitchen. All rooms have sliding patio doors to large lanai and screened, private, solar-heated pool and plenty of pool furniture (not overlooked). All rooms have ceiling fans.
There is a separate laundry room with washer and dryer, sink, iron and ironing board, clothes airer, and plenty of cupboard space. Also, a spare w.c. adjacent to garage. Books & games.

I loved the layout of your villa. Every day I discovered something new and delightful. Everything worked and was easy and intuitive to use. I was able to accomplish all I'd planned,enjoy the sunshine and even swim for the first time in 10 years. A very pleasant & relaxing time.

Excellent Vacation
We stayed at this Villa in Hudson from April 17-27, 2012. The Villa is beautiful and clean with everything you need at your fingertips. The pool was awesome. Quiet neighborhood with lots of shopping and dining nearby. Also excellent golfing at Fairway Oaks at a good price. The owners were very helpful in answering our questions before we left home and the property manager was very helpful during our stay. The pictures accurately depict the property and I would recommend this property to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing vacation.

Had a great time here. Home from home. Nice and clean, spacious, enough privacy and very good air-conditioning. Found Busch Gardens much better value than the parks in Orlando. Here's to the next time.
