From the first phone call I made to Clif, I knew I didn't have to look any further to rent a house. My girlfriends and I celebrated our 50th birthdays and this was the perfect house. We each had our own room with plenty of living room space for us to dance! Close to everything. Clean house, need for nothing there. Beds comfortable and big. Nice size deck to relax. Great house for my girlfriends and I to create some wonderful memories. Almost forgot, the best part! Clif made all the ferry arrangements. This was the best vacation with the girls yet!!

We had a wonderful 2 week stay in Martha’s Vineyard. The house was spacious and clean when we arrived. There was plenty of room for our extended family to sleep and hang out. Working with Clif was great. He was always available and easy to contact with any questions we had. The house is in a great area, close to Edgartown, beaches and places to eat. We rented bikes and loved biking around the island. We loved the outside shower and the woods around the house.
We like to cook and would have liked some newer cooking utensils. Otherwise a great place to rent for a vacation in Martha’s Vineyard.

The house is just as depicted. The kitchen is a tad on the small side, but well equipped. The laundry area is conveniently located as well. We loved the deck which included a picnic table and great lounging chairs.
The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout and during the entire process! There are many detailed instructions displayed at the house which were very helpful.
We walked to Edgartown daily in the morning to Espresso Love for coffee and breakfast...good and reasonably priced. It's a bit of a walk for those with small kids, but it was perfect for adults who wanted some exercise.
The owner was very responsive and helpful throughout and during the entire process! There are many detailed instructions displayed at the house which were very helpful.

Extra amenities and Pet Friendly!

We are frequent visitors to Marthas Vineyard throughout the year and we've rented the same property for the past 7 years. When it was no longer available we had to find a new rental that was pet friendly which was very important to my husband and I. Clif came highly recommended and we were pleasantly surprised and pleased with the property. Very, very clean and well maintained and the location was fantastic. Close to South Beach and the Beach at the Bend, Stop and Shop as well as the bike path. We are big fans of Edgartown so again this location was great for us!
We had one little issue with the outdoor shower but Clif was right there and corrected the problem. We would absolutely recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a pet friendly rental and a great location. Extra amenities were a plus!! My nieces were thrilled with the WIFI and the rest of the family were very comfortable with the huge ceiling fan and C/A as it was a humid week. Great deck!!! We certainly will rent again with Clif. Excellent all around!

Great little cottage with everything you need. We were able to prepare full dinners (nice proximity to shop n stop) liked the wooded setting, outdoor shower, and proximity to nearby attractions.

Although small, the value cannot be beat on Martha's Vineyard. I have 3 other much larger homes on my 2 acre compound. These homes are 3 bedroom, 2 bath homes. And they were all built at the same time and are identical...like triplets!

My husband and I felt that it was clean and efficient to the max. Everything you need is there. The owner was extremely helpful. The quality was excellent. However, I'm glad that it turned out to be just my husband and I and not our friends (another couple) who were supposed to join us. The space was too intimate. We like to cook and there was virtually no counter space. We were impressed with the tiny cutting board that fit on the counter. The queen-sized bed was most comfortable. Things were lovely. The owner didn't forget anything. We certainly would recommend this property to people who are comfortable with a well-planned small space.

This very small 2 bedroom, 1 bath home offers a tremendous value for vacationers to Martha's Vineyard! I call it my miniature home. Now it has another name! My 5-Star Mouse House! I like that. This was the first home I built when I started out with Martha's Vineyard Vacation Homes. I have often been tempted to add on to it but it is such a good value for the vineyard I just left it alone! In the off season you get one night free if you book two nights. If you cannot use the third night then you can check in at any time you want on the first day you arrive and check out at anytime you want on the day you leave. I call this anytime check in/check out. Although small, I keep everything in tip top shape. This house has central ac, wifi, cable tv, unlimited local and long distance calling, a clothes washer and dryer (in the basement) and is actually the most private of my four homes on the two acre compound. Oh, by the way, the other name for this home is, the "honeymoon cottage." Many newlyweds have rented this home for their honeymoon on the vineyard. My goal, as an owner, is that my homes exceed your expectations when you arrive! I have three words that emphasize this: Disclosure, Disclosure, Disclosue!

I found the owner to be beyond my expectations of accommodation. The location was ideal geographically , literally minutes from Edgartown Center, the beach and Oak Bluffs.I have highly recommended this rental.
