Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Jackson fun times Exeter, NH USA
Review Submitted: September 2, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
Our family rented the chalet for 3 nights over a wedding weekend. Very clean, plenty of room, wrap around deck to enjoy sunset cocktails and toasting marshmallows, a true Bavarian feel to it and a quick trip into Jackson village. Owner answered emails and phone calls promptly. We highly recommend it!

Fantastic weekend getaway!

Review Submitted: November 10, 2009 Date of Stay: November 2009
Thank you so much for letting us stay in your home. It had everything my friends and I needed to have a fun, relaxing, two day trip to the White Mountains. The chalet had plenty of room for the 10 of us who stayed overnight. We made some delicious home-made meals, played hours of ping pong in the basement, and just relaxed in the living room looking out at the amazing view of Mt. Washington. Eventually we did make it out of the chalet and took a short trip to downtown North Conway and then toured Tuckerman's Brewery on Saturday. Overall a fantastic trip! Thanks again!

Great Location, Fantastic Space

Review Submitted: September 14, 2009 Date of Stay: September 2009
I stayed here Labor Day weekend. The house is close to many of the White Mountain natural attractions, as well as the town and outlets of North Conway. the house itself has everything you could need, including a wonderful kitchen with ample cutlery, appliances, plates, etc. The BBQ setup was great. You have your choice of a gas or charcoal grill. The yard area is secluded, quiet, and beautiful. It has ample space for a dog or kids to frolic. The house, with its billiard room, yard, and spacious living room was so nice, we didn't want to leave!

Loved, loved, loved it!!!

Review Submitted: August 25, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
We came back from a summer stay with 3 small kids, a baby and 3 adults. The house is lovely, very spacious and cozy with a beautiful view of Mt. Washington. Convenient to lake, pool, shopping and Story Land and the Conway Scenic Railway. Our kids had a great time visiting the area as did the adults. The house itself is clean, comfortable and well stocked with cookware a dishwasher and washer/dryer. There was also an outdoor grill on the deck. Grocery stores are very close by as are outlets and the shops in North Conway. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend to visit the area!

Great house

Review Submitted: August 25, 2009 Date of Stay: August 2009
What a great place! Close to a lot of summer NH activities (Storyland, Six gun city…etc) great views of the Mt Washington.
The house is very well stocked; every pot/pan cooking utensils..etc you would need.
The bedrooms were comfy and the kids loved the bunk beds!!
The Miles were very organized as far as letting you know the ins and outs of the house. Their Welcome letter was very informative on what to do on your 1st day in the house and how to close up on the last day.
They had WiFi (Bring your own Laptop);the Home Theater had an input for your MP3 player or Laptop sound card output. You could switch the stereo to play out on the deck on a nice pair of speakers. We love sitting out there in the evening when the kids went to bed….Plenty of wood was supplied for the awesome chiminea.
We will definitely be coming back next year…

Feb. 2009 Ski Trip

Nancy and Bob Hillsboro Ohio USA
Review Submitted: March 9, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
This home had it all, very well stocked, close to everything, wonderful views and very very comfortable even for 10 people! The owners made sure there was plenty of wood available. It was very comfortable and cozy. We even got 2 snowstorms while we were there which was great for the skiing! We had our choice of ski mountains in the area, all very close by. The "Red Parka Restaurant" is a great family establishment and good food. Of course I have to go to Zeb's General Store in N.Conway whenever I am there. It was great having wireless internet service, 3 of us had our laptops with us, some of us couldn't get away from business totally. The property is clean and well maintained and we would highly recommend this property for a very enjoyable and relaxing vacation!

A wonderful weekend with friends!

Lee & Friends Waltham, MA
Review Submitted: February 18, 2009 Date of Stay: February 2009
The house was the perfect getaway for our group of 10 friends. It was clean, very well stocked, and comfortable (right down to the cotton sheets). The spacious and open layout of the living and dining areas was ideal for spending time together while cooking, playing games, and relaxing by the fire. The location is also great – you feel very secluded yet you are just a few minutes to Jackson Village and a short drive to so many attractions and activities. The view from the back porch is incredible and really helps you appreciate the mountains.

A big thank you to the gracious hosts – we hope to visit again soon!

Comfy, warm house. We were able to create an incredible turkey day dinner with the well stocked kitchen equipment. The house was perfect for kids. There were so many toys and games to keep the kids busy. Our 5 year old loved to sled in the yard and fly on the zip line with us. The location is close to everything yet very private. We hope we get to stay again during ski season.

Rainy stay, but fun!!

Great place! Very clean. We were a group of six and we had plenty of space. We came here to enjoy the foliage and the views/sights, and of course to shop. Even though it rained or was cloudy most of the time, we made the most of it. We managed to cook a meal outside using the grill. We also visited the Glen Lewis Falls and the N. Conway outlets. The Red Fox restaurant had a pretty good brunch. We would definitely consider coming back..but not during the raining season..lol
