Our stay was wonderful. Condo was clean,spacious and very comfortable. Nice view that overlooks the pond from living room, which was open, airy & bright.Great skylights & big windows. Kingsize bed was exceptionally comfortable. Great location, close to pretty much everything that St.Simons has to offer. Nice touches of bottled water and Starbucks coffee waiting your arrival!

My husband and I stayed at the condo this summer for a couples getaway and we loved it! We had planned to buy groceries and eat in, but we just couldn't resist the great, nearby restaurants in St. Simons. The location was romantic and quiet and great for our vacation.
Good Times on the Island

Our place was clean, functional, quiet, and convenient. We felt very safe. The neighborhood was beautiful, and well-kept. We rented bikes from the golf shop and had safe sidewalks in both directions. The condo was well-equipped with necessities.This place is not very close to the beach but its other qualities make it worth the trade-off. There are good restaurants nearby - which is always true at St Simons.....Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This was my first stay in St. Simons since I was about 8 years old. It has changed a little, but was still as nice as could be. The locals aren't the happiest people alive, but this condo was great. Sea Palms employees are all very nice and sociable. I would recommend this to anyone.

I have enjoyed my stay in Kathy's condo a few times, and highly recommend this peaceful retreat. The condo is updated, nicely appointed and roomy. I love sitting on the deck overlooking the pond as I have my morning coffee. Great access to bike trails and amenities.

My husband and I enjoyed the nicely furnished well kept condo with
a nice view of the pond and plenty of places to take our walks every day.Very convenient to shopping and a short drive to the beach ,pier and north end of the island.Would highly recommend .

Sweet Serenity

Even on a rainy weekend this cozy condo would be the perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The serenity was exactly what we had been searching for and we are looking forward to renting again!
The decor was lovely and very comfortable. The kitchen was equipped with everything that we needed. Outside, the old oaks with their spanish moss waving in the breeze and the small pond teeming with fish was both pleasing and relaxing.
The condo was exceptionally clean and we will be recommending this property to friends and family!

The only way i can describe this stay was "beautiful". My name is Jackie and my husband and i stayed on St. Simons Island for a month. The condo we rented was great. Very clean and has everything you need to live with comfort. I would recommend everyone to visit this island and stay for a while, at least once in your life.
