We stayed this Villa for one week and house was so clean pool also so clear and owner is so helpful we stayed too many vacation house but this is the one has most selection on DVD me and my wife enjoyed our time while we were staying and it has everything you need we recommend this villa

I just wanted to send a short note saying we enjoyed our stay at 209 Silverton. It ended up to be about a 1/2 hour ride to the ball fields where my grandson was playing so it wasn’t a long trip. We only had 1 day of rain, and we really enjoyed the pool, especially since the water temperature was nice and warm. Thank you for providing that service to us. If my grandson is playing in the same area next year and the house is available, we would like to rent it again.

The Royal Celebratiion was a huge success!

I planned a birthday party celebration for my twins who were turning 9 and did awesome in school. The theme was royalty and they were prince Chris and Prince Criston. From the moment the door opened we thought we were in heaven The cool house greeted us from the heat. the pool allured us so that we couldnt even finish unpacking before we dived right in. My twins were so happy the whole 8 day birthday celebration they said it was the best ever. There were 5 people that came to the birthday party who got the email address to set up future dates for themselves. Thank you so much for sharing your lovely home with us. it was clean and well maintained. We called because the hot water wasnt getting hot (pilot light was out) and they came within a couple of hours and we were back in business. I can honestly say this will not be the last time.

"The Villa was beautiful and very spacious, with everything we needed. The pool was fantastic and we sometimes found it hard to drag the kids away to actually visit the parks. The property was close enough to the amenities (shops, restaurants, parks), but also in a quiet area so that you could get some peace and sleep. I would definitely recommend this villa and we are already looking to book and stay again. Thanks very much for help making our holiday one of the best."

Our home away from home for 2 months

"Quiet, pleasant neighborhood. Away from noisy streets, but good access to local businesses, restaurants, etc. The unit was clean and in good condition. We had no major problems and the owner and management were responsive to the few minor ones that came up. We already have booked for next year!"

"This is a beautiful home! I would recommend this property to anyone interested in a Florida vacation. This home is immaculate! Very well kept - in excellent condition. Would love to stay here during our future Florida visits. And by the way, the swimming pool was so exciting for the kids, they actually asked to leave Magic Kingdom and Epcot early so they could swim!"
