The property was beyond great. It was just as advertised. Very appealing for my family. Wish we could have stayed longer & can't wait to return. The property was very clean & family friendly. The owners (Karen) of the property are great to work with. Went above & beyond to make sure that any questions I needed answered was handled. I have recommended the property to several friends & as stated I plan to visit the home again. Once again Thank you sooo much!

have just returned home from a wonderful holiday at your fabulous villa. the villa was amazing everthing u could wish for and excellent location for all the attractions.this was our seventh time in florida but first in a villa and will definately be back at the villa .the pool was fantastic for the kids they loved it cannot recommend enough excellent standard of accomodation.simms family

We really enjoyed our time in this villa. It was immaculately clean and, although only 2 of us , easily would sleep 6 adults. It was comfortable and very well situated for all the attractions in Orlando. Peaceful at night too which meant lots of good sleep!!The booking process was the most straightforward we have ever had, and we have been to Florida about 20 times!! Many thanks to the owners...I just wish it was ours.

An amazing home!

This was the absolute perfect place for our entire family to stay while in the Orlando area, just minutes from the Disney parks and other activities.
The screen-roomed pool was heated to a comfortable 82 degrees, which allowed for swimming early in the morning and later in the evening. The kitchen is well-equipped for most any meal preparation, the furniture is gorgeous and comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We felt right at home the minute we pulled in the driveway.
Please be aware that personal care items and laundry and dish soaps are not provided, but there is a Walmart close by and a Target a little way down the road. Everything else is right there waiting for you.
I can't say enough wonderful things about this home, and we all look forward to staying again the next time we are in Kissimmee.
