Great Place to Gather

This home is very spacious, resonably priced, and clean. The beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We held my daughter's wedding rehersal at the condo and everyone had a great time. The day after the wedding we all just lounged around the pool and enjoyed catching up on the latest news. Great neighborhood. Shortly after our departure, the owners were swift on returning our deposit. I really liked the fact that they have a flat rate and minimal rules. I would recommend this condo to friends and family.

Five college girls ( 60+ years old) had a great time at the condo. The 4 bedrooms had private baths, individual thermostats, and tons of extras. We entertained 20 people for dinner with room to spare. Having morning coffee while sitting by the pool under the shade tree, watching the golfers, was a real treat. We will difinitely contact you next year for our "Girls Weekend" again!

This property looks exactly like the pictures.
It is very nice and peaceiful.
The rooms are spacious like the house. We were twelve, and we didn't feel crowded.
The condo is great and we highly recommend it.
It is located in a very nice subdivision next to a golf course.

Regrets that we had to cancel our golf trip.

Unfortunately one of the members of our senior golf group had a heart attack one month prior to our reserved dates. The good news is he is still among us, and progressing well with rehabilitation. The bad news is we had to ask the owner to cancel our reservation and he was completely gracious about the matter. It is a great property and surprisingly spacious. We hope to be able to rent the condo next Spring.

This is my 2nd stay @ the condo. The 1st was with family for a wedding on Lake Travis, Sept. '08. The 2nd was for a bachelor party / golf weekend a couple of weeks ago. The condo is in a great location, and is roomy enough for several. The pool and deck area w/ the bbq pits are also nice to have. Everyone that went for the golf trip was very impressed, and say they will be staying again. Overall, a great place for anyone to stay, anytime of the year.

We all enjoyed the stay. It was very spacious and close to the lake. I'm glad you responded so quickly when we were looking for a place to spend our vacation. The only concern I had was the white chairs upstairs. They were stained and quite unappealing. Other than that, we look forward to another stay next time we're in Austin. Thank you.
