This house exceeded my expectations! In planning our girls weekend away we were mindful of finding a house that would be conducive to having social gatherings for around 10 people and within walking distance of town (about a mile walk). The house was large enough to sleep all 8 people and had a fabulous outdoor area for entertaining. Also, the hot tub proved to be an added amenity to shake off the cool evenings on the Cape. I loved the responsiveness of the owner Theresa and the property management service she uses. The house was well kept, maintained and very clean upon arrival. The pictures just don't do it justice! I highly recommend this house and plan to use it again for future trips to P-Town! Thanks again for a great weekend getaway home!

A group of us stayed here for a joint birthday and Halloween weekend and had a blast! The house is great. Very spacious, great decor and an amazing back yard. Since it was a little on the chillier side, we didn't get to take full advantage of the yard (with the exception of the hot tub) but we hope to come back again in the summer and experience it then. The rooms were also a really good size and the beds were very comfortable. New appliances throughout the house gave it a modern feel while still maintaining it's Cape Cod charm.

We had a big group over for the birthday celebration before we headed out Saturday night and even with the 15 or so people we had over, the house never felt crowded and was very accommodating. It's a short 10 minute walk into town and a straight shot down to the Wired Puppy which is great for coffee in the morning.

The owner Theresa was extremely nice and very quick with the responses. Any question you could have was answered in the very organized book she left for us, which made it much easier to enjoy the house and make sure we had all of our bases covered. We look forward to coming back and staying here again.

Stayed her for a girls weekend and had a wonderful time! The house was even bigger than the pictures and just as nice. The outdoor patio area was awesome and we all wished we could have used it more, but unfortunately, the weather didn't allow it (we did get to enjoy the hot tub, though). Very easy to walk into town and had tons of parking, which is hard to come by in Provincetown. The owner was also very helpful and easy to work with.

I would definitely stay here again! We were all very impressed with the place.

We just spent a week at this charming house and found it clean, tasteful and fully ready to live in while in p-town. The whole process was handled online with ease. Great communication with the owner and managing agent. House is beautiful and well-appointed. Beds, sheets, towels very comfortable. Beautiful kitchen. Nice outdoor space. The location is ideal - very quiet at night but only about an 8 minute walk to the center of town. We would recommend this to any of our friends.

Overall this is a great house, which was perfect for us for the week in Provincetown. We'd consider renting again next year. Here's some highlights.

LOCATION: The place is located east of the center. For gay men, this means almost a mile walk from the Boatslip, which is a bit far, but completely manageable. We used bikes all week, and it's only a five minute bike ride through the quiet cemetery to the center of town.

The surrounding area is EXTREMELY quiet. It's nice to get away from the busy-ness of Commercial Street.

MAIN HOUSE: The downstairs dining room, kitchen, and living areas are very open, and even with 5 of us staying there and hosting other friends in the living room, there was plenty of seating. The addition of ceiling fans in bedrooms is absolutely necessary, and I'd recommend that the owners put in air conditioners as well (the home sits pretty high and the sun bakes the inside of the home on really hot days). The hardwood floors were beautiful, and the bedrooms and bathrooms very spacious.

OUTSIDE: This is where this home really shines. The outdoor shower and hot tub are fantastic--there's NOTHING like showering outside with a breeze at the end of a summer's day on the beach. Everybody in the house used that great shower. The decks (multiple levels) and the patio are simply beautiful. We hosted a BBQ of about 25 people, and everyone was able to spread out and enjoy the cool evening outside.

ACCOMMODATION: We brought a bunch of things like backpack beach chairs and towels. We didn't need to--the house had everything we needed. EXCEPT a blender, which was unfortunate. We like morning smoothies!

TRANSACTION: Both the owner and property manager were fantastic, and very responsive.

My friends and I stayed at this home for my birhtday weekend. Everything was perfect. The walk to town took no more than 10 minutes and everythng we needed was in the home. The home was clean and spacious. We look forward to next year.

i can't say enough good things about this house: beautiful, well-maintained, excellent amenities, *incredibly* comfortable beds and couches, great light, and a great location - a short and very pleasant walk into town. though i had initially been concerned that 8 people in a house might feel crowded, the layout of the house makes it feel wonderfully spacious - even with all 8 of us in the kitchen in the mornings, there was plenty of room to cook and eat and drink coffee looking out onto the deck and patio below. we stayed for three days, and were very sad to leave!

Great location. Close to town. Great back decks. Spacious rooms, nicely equipped. Nice touch to have wireless internet, long distance phone service and cable. Very clean.
