FANTASTIC LOCATION AND VALUE!

Welcome to our fabulous vacation condominium in Orlando conveniently located less than a mile from the eastern entrance to Disney World! Instead of a choosing a more expensive hotel room in the heart of the Disney area, you can have an affordable, luxurious, spacious home overlooking beautiful Lake Bryan with a fully equipped kitchen, living & dining room, two bedrooms, a bunk room, and two full bathrooms. We are centrally located to all of what Orlando has to offer including major attractions such as Disney World (0.9 mi), Sea World (3 mi), Discovery Cove & Aquatica (3 mi), Orange County Convention Center (5 mi), and Universal Studios (7 mi). Within a one mile radius are numerous dining and entertainment venues, Orlando’s Premium Outlet Mall, Lake Buena Vista Outlet Mall, and a national shrine. We are walking distance to Walgreen’s pharmacy, eight restaurants, a grocery store, miniature golf, and Starbucks, which is located on the property grounds. Nearby golf courses include Hawk’s Landing, Falcon's Fire, Grand National, and Celebration.

LUXURIOUS FEATURES AND ACCOMODATIONS!

This professionally decorated, spacious (1350 sq ft) nonsmoking unit features two bedrooms with an additional bunk area. The separate master suite with king sized bed has a large bathroom with double vanity granite counter tops and a whirlpool tub. Watch the sunrise over the lake from your bed or from the private balcony. The second bedroom has two twin beds and an adjoining full bathroom. The bunk area is uniquely situated off the foyer and has twin size bunk beds. The queen size sofa bed in the living room can accommodate two additional people for a total of eight guests. The full size kitchen with granite counter tops is stocked and equipped with a dishwasher, double sink with disposal, oven/range, microwave, refrigerator/freezer, and a stacked clothes washer and dryer. The dining table plus the kitchen bar seats a total of eight. The nicely appointed living room opens to the private balcony with a magnificent view of the lake, swimming pools, and surrounding area. Just outside the front door there is a shared balcony where you can catch a sunset view of Downtown Disney followed by the evening fireworks at the Magic Kingdom.

EXCEPTIONAL AMENITIES INCLUDING AVAILABLE WATERSPORTS!

Swim, exercise, ski, boat, fish, or simply relax! Outside are two free form heated swimming pools, a kiddie pool, and a shared hot tub. The large main pool with lake frontage is 6000 sq ft with a lap lane. There is a wetlands walk and a dock with a gazebo on the lake. If you enjoy water sports, you can arrange to meet the staff from Buena Vista Water Sports at the dock for a day of jet skiing, water skiing, fishing, canoeing, or boat tours. Other amenities on the property include high speed internet access, on site check in & check out, two level covered parking, meeting room with catering service, a fitness center, concierge with discounted park tickets, and complimentary scheduled shuttle service to Sea World, Disney, and Universal theme parks.

We are three brothers and our wives from the midwest. We altogether are blessed with twelve children who enjoy every opportunity to visit our Orlando condominium.

Our lakefront location less than a mile from the eastern entrance to Disney World is ideal. The kids love going to Orlando and enjoying the many family friendly attractions it has to offer. The adults also enjoy our condo's proximity to a variety of restaurants, shopping, golf courses, and the national shrine.

We spent four nights at this beautiful condo in March. There were eight of us, with three children under 7. It was a perfect choice for us. The three little ones slept in the separate bunk area, and loved it! The property was very clean and well-maintained. Although we chose not to have house-keeping services, there were plenty of towels, as well as soap (personal, dishwasher, & laundry), and a handy trash chute behind a closed door, just steps from our front door. We were on the 7th floor and the view of the lake at night was spectacular from both the front balconies. We could also watch the Disney fireworks from the balcony outside our front door. We used the pools and the game room, and were able to walk to everything we needed in terms of groceries, restaurants, and that morning Starbucks jolt, and some of us had a chance to play miniature golf, which is practically in the parking lot! There was plenty of parking for our three cars, and it was a quick drive to Disney. (We chose to drive rather than use the free shuttle). The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and were available 24hrs a day. The condo was equipped with the basics, and we had everything we needed. I communicated with the owner, Robert, by e-mail, and he responded to all my messages and answered all my questions in a timely and pleasant manner. We would definitely return to this rental, and in fact, we are already talking about doing so!
