Great condo and central location

This condo is fantastic. Spacious and in a great location. The views are stunning - of Haleakala, Molikini and Maalaea Harbour plus the vast ocean of course. The condo is literally right on the sandy beach and stretches for 3 miles to the east - great for morning and afternoon strolls. The waves can come up here if you want to surf and it can also be pretty calm at times if you want to swim or snorkel. It's nice and quiet here and the beach is almost like a private beach. It's only 10 minutes to Kihei, 15 minutes to Wailea and 20 minutes to Lahaina and then Kaanapali if you want some busier resorts. Just a heads up though, it is the windiest part of the island. We liked that as it stopped us getting too hot, but it would have been good to have been prepared for the wind! The pool is great - good temperature and about a third of the pool is only 3ft deep, so great for young kids. If you stay here and visit other beaches, take your snorkelling gear with you each time. So many of the beaches have fantastic snorkelling. Also, if you're a lap swimmer, all the public lap pools on the island are free!!!!

We had a wonderful vacation on Maui and in this beautiful condo.The condo had a very warm and inviting feel when arrived. We had a ample supply of everything we needed for our stay. The condo is well maintained just like all of the pictures show. The Kanai a Nalu is centrally located from all of the places we wanted to go and away from all the real crowded and busy areas of the island. We spent every morning on the lanai watching the sunrise over Haleakala.(Beautiful) I must mention that the tempurpedic beds were very comfortable. We had several scuba dives with Ed Robinson's Diving Adventures in Kihei. He has a top notch crew. We did a dinner sunset cruise on the Quicksilver which was very nice. Buzz's Wharf was our favorite restaurant because of the prawns. The grounds of Kanai a Nalu have many beautiful flowers and trees. One day a crew came to trim the palm trees and it was fun to watch them climb the trees. We liked being in a corner unit and being able to see the pool and yard areas. We are looking forward to returning to Maui and your condo next year.

We had a great stay at this wonderful condo, it had a ample supply of everything we needed. The condo had a very warm and inviting feel when we arrived. We liked being centrally located from every place we went. The condo is beautiful and well maintained like all the pictures show. We spent every morning on the lanai watching the sunrise over Haleakala. ( Beautiful ) Since the condo is a corner unit you can view the pool and yard area of the grounds. The grounds of Kanai a Nalu have many beautiful flowers and trees. We watched the palm trees being trimed during are time there . I must mention that the tempurpedic beds were very comfortable. We did scuba with Ed Robinsons Diving Adventures. His crew is top notch. Buzz's Wharf is one of our favorite restaurants and we also enjoyed our sunset dinner cruise on The Quicksilver . We are already thinking about returning next year to Maui and your condo.

This condo is really nice and very clean, two bedrooms are great for a family with children, the location is good to explore the whole island, because it is located in "the middle" on the south coast. Trips to every destination on the island are possible by car in 2 hours. There is a long, sandy beach just in front of the condo. 5 stars and higly recommend!

We loved the view from the linae!! It was relaxing to have the windows open and hear the waves each night and temp. remained fairly comfortable (we did have to close up windows one or two nights and put the air on). We snorkeled right out front of the property, as well as taking beach walks/runs daily and it was wonderful!! Stephanie was extremely helpful and always only a phone call away. I would highly recommend this beautiful condo to anyone visiting Maui.

Thank you for sharing your home with us. It is so beautiful: what a convenient location too! We loved snorkeling at mile marker 14 and at Honolau Bay. Exploring Kihei and Lahaina was fun also. We enjoyed eating at Longhi’s and Café O’Lei at the golf course. Whale watching on Frog Man was excellent with a great crew & naturalist. Haleakala Crater was spectacular as well. So much to do in Maui but not enough time!!

What a beautiful place and location. We enjoyed the sunrise and quiet evenings visiting on the lanai. Every time we were on the lanai we saw whales-how exciting. Adventures included: Scuba diving on ‘Maui Diamond II”, Whale watching on “Trilogy” (excellent time), Lovely drive north of Kapalua to HonoKohau Bay-beautiful snorkel site at Honolua Bay, Snorkeling at “Ahihi-Kina’u was incredible!” Paddle Boarding with Big Kahuna (lots of fun). Swimming at” Big Beach”-perfection. Maui Taco’s and Taqueria Cruz-excellent for fish tacos. Enjoyed swimming out front and down the beach in front of the park. Thanks for everything!!

Heated Swimming Pool!

Had a fun time at this house!!
Private swimming pool was very cool and it was heated which was nice. Went to the Maui Aquamarine and had a blast! (Especially in the tunnel) Drove the road to Hana; long all day trip, but there was some pretty cool stuff on it. I wouldn’t recommend it to people who don’t like curvy roads and get car sick easily. You could go shopping in Lahaina and shop for day’s there!!(Not that we did). Cool house!

The property manager was a pleasure to work with and answered all of my questions promptly. The unit was sparkling clean upon arrival and is well appointed with all linens and kitchen items you could possibly need. I was pleased that the laniaai had four chairs even though the pictures showed only two chairs. The condo is close to everything. The master bed was oh so comfortable.
Most activities are only a short 10 to 20 minute drive away. This really felt like home away from home. I would stay in this unit again in a heart beat.

Amazing condo on the beach

We loved this unit not only because it was beautifully furnished and completely equipped but also because when you are on the enjoying drinks on the lanai, eating dinner in the dining area, or laying in bed in the bedroom, the only thing you see is the ocean and the only thing you hear are the waves. Even though this condo is part of a larger complex, it is very private and located just a few feet from the beach. The tempur pedic king size bed in the master bedroom was probably the best bed we have ever slept on. We loved being able to step out the door and have miles of undeveloped and uncrowded beach to walk on. The fact that the beach is part of a wildlife refuge made it even better. We went boogy boarding and snorkeling right in front of the condo and saw lots of very colorful tropical fish.
