Really loved everything about this little trip. Although the regular cabins were not available, Mary and Billy were able to get us into their friend's rental cottage right near by and it was fantastic. The location is very scenic and relaxing, with water and forest all around. The people in Heathsville are really friendly and polite. Can't say enough about
Mary and Billy. Very gracious and helpful in every way, they were the ultimate hosts. They had a number of activies planned for the July 4th weekend such as fireworks, boat cruises and cook outs. We didn't take much advantage of those things although they sounded like a lot of fun. We will definitely go back again, very tempted to retire in the area. The location is very convenient to Kilmarnock and Reedville, both very interesting locations.

This is a wonderful place to stay! The cabins are very clean and comfortable, the surroundings peaceful yet inviting. The owners Billy and Mary are wonderful people and Buoy (their dog) is quite the charmer! You may even catch a glimpse of the next generation Capt in training, Lit'l Billy. This is a wonderful family oriented vacation destination. Ingram Bay Marina is a place that soothes the soul. It invites adventure and is a place to do whatever your heart desires, from one end of the spectrum to the other. If you're looking for a great place to fish, this is it! If you're looking for a little solitude, you can find that too. Do whatever your heart desires whether boating, fishing, kayaking (a short paddle to some great fishing spots around the marsh), cooking out at the gazebo to take in the water views or, simply kick your feet up and relax. We couldn't ask for a more beautiful, peaceful and fun place to stay. Billy and Mary are sure to make your stay one to remember and you will take home some wonderful memories. If anyone doesn't have a good time here, they simply aren't looking to have one. This will be a treasured destination for many years to come. Shhhh - don't tell Capt. Billy that my flounder was bigger than his!!!!! Get out to Ingram Bay and have yourself a vacation to remember!

This place is a trailer house. We really thought it should have been disclosed in the ad. Thunderstorms feel like they are in your bed at night. The cabin is not well equipped (we went into the local Walmart for dishes and small appliances.) Very nice area. We loved the boat that they have there and people in the area are very nice. Owners we not around much. We had to ask for a microwave. Cable is good but TV is the size of a postage stamp. All around we had an alright time, but would have paid more for a little more comfort (FYI Beds are extremely cheap and uncomfortable) NO CHAIRS??? what were they thinking?

The cabin is small but big enough to hold lots of wonderful memories. Everything on the property is well maintained and the hosts, Mary and Capt. Billy, do everything they can to meet your needs. The fishing was great, thanks to Capt. Billy's tips. The nearby town of Kilmarnock has a lot of good restaurants -- especially the Car Wash Cafe, a unique place with excellent food. (My husband still can't get over the amount of crabmeat in their omelet and how tasty it was.) We spent what felt like a honeymoon week here and would love to extend our next visit to a month. It's that good !

My husband and I needed a weekend away but close to home. What an awsome weekend it was, just what the doctor ordered. Captain Billy was an excellent Host. The cabin was brand new, so clean and comfortable. Tons of room and the special touches were noticed!!! Even had WIFI. We loved the Gazebo, who ever knew a gazebo could be so comfortable. Everyone was so friendly, we felt right at home. We didnt want to leave, could have stayed the rest of the summer. On our last night it was a full moon... Moonlight cruise was more than we could have even asked for. Capt Billy and Capt Bobby were outstanding. Cant wait to visit again soon and experience your dinner cruise. And it will be soon. Thank you for making our stay such a relaxing and enjoyable experience!!!

The cabin has reliable wireless internet access which was a perfect set up for me to work remotely and visit family in the area. The owners, Billy and Mary were very accommodating bringing extra linens when my firiends arrived over the weekend. Use of canoe and bike were a nice bonus. Explored neighborhoods and waterways during my free time. The cabin is clean and nicely decorated. Marina is quiet, peaceful and family friendly. Nice gazebo to relax during breakfast or evenings with beautiful views and breezes. Definitely recommend and will be back myself in the near future.

My family and I stayed for a mini vacation Aug 20-23. We had a wonderful time. There is so much to do! Our son (13) loved the crabbing, fishing, and the beaches. We did not have a chance to do the cruise but will be returning next summer and taking advantage of it! Mary and Capt Billy are wonderful!

My wife and I took our boat and stayed in the Cabin. The Cabin was great. The advantages for us were first, the great people. Billy and Mary are wonderful people. Very helpful on problems on and off the water. We were able to back the boat right up to the Cabin. The ramp is deep and is litterally just across the driveway. BUOY, the Golden Lab, is your welcoming committee and is very friendly. The Marina is full service including bait and tackle and local information. Restaurants by water are 15 - 20 minutes away. Fishing was great and the atmosphere was fantastic. There is a Gazebo, Courtyard, front porch, and swing to relax in. Leave your problems at home, they won't be needed here. A screened fish cleaning station. A canoe, and a swim beach are also available. History surrounds the area as well. George Washington and Robert E. Lee's Birthplace's are in the area. Seafood is available everywhere. Billy is also a charter Captain and is fully aware of where the fish are and what they catching them on. If it's peace and quiet you're after, you will love this place.
