Spring Training

This is the second year that our family has stayed at this fantastic property for our annual Spring Training trip. As with last year, it did not disappoint. Jamie took great care of us and warmly welcomed us to the house. She also walked through any changes and made sure we were comfortable with the entertainment system.
There was plenty of room for the 12 of us as well as friends who popped in for dinner and to hang out. The pool table, patio, and par 3 hole made it hard to leave and actually were great due to the weather during our stay.
This location is centrally located to everything we needed to get to, but far enough that you don't get the noise and congestion. We are already talking about our trip out next year and hope to stay here again.

This house was beyond our expectations, even better than what the pictures reflected! We had open communictaion with the owner throughout the week and they were very quick to answer to our needs. I would definitely consider renting this property again.

Our group has been traveling to Scottsdale for 8 years now. We are always looking for great accomodations, with enough beds and amenities to keep all of the guys happy. We were warmly met by Jamie at our arrival, to walk us through all of the intricacies of the home (stereo system, tv, a/c etc.). After spending a week there I can say, This house rocked! We loved the pool and diving board (many contests were held). The bedrooms made it nice to slip away and catch a quick nap in the day and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great when we wanted to go out on the town as well. I think we may have finally found a home we can come back to year after year!

I stayed here with my family two weeks ago and we had a wonderful time. The house is humongous, there is more than enough room for 12+ people, and it is well decorated. The kitchen was well situated and made for easy food preparation and clean up. The dining room was like eating in the Wayne Manor (from Batman) and the outside patio was great for meals and the pool couldn't have been better. You could swim if you wanted because of the size of the pool but it was also for multiple people to just hang out in it to get away from the heat. The golf hole was very cool, too, for hitting and chipping, although the sand trap wasn't usable and needs either new sand or more care.
The house was well appointed with electronics, with the large screen TV being HD and huge. Every bedroom had a TV, too, although some of those cathode ray tube TV could stand to be upgraded. The wifi in the house was utterly awesome, it handled over 15 internet connected devices with absolute ease, I've never been away and had such a consistent and fast connection. The stereo system was really cool, although a bit convoluted. Thankfully I am good with electronics, but if you are not, getting the stereo to play the iPod in Zone 2 while the TV was viewable required a degree in Electronic Engineering.
As well, the house is in a great location with pretty much everything you could want within 3 miles. That makes things very easy.
All in all, the house was a 10 out of 10, just beyond awesome, I loved every minute of my trip with my family and thanks very much for the accommodations.

The house was awesome and very roomy for our family reunion. We had 19 people and it was plenty of space. The pool was used a whole lot as the heat was pretty brutal in mid-July. We really enjoyed the putting/chipping green, the pool table, and the fire pit. The kitchen had 2 dishwashers and plenty of counter space for cooking and laying out a buffet for the large group. Overall, the house was a great fit for us.

Rockingham review: even better than expected!

Our women's hockey team (16) stayed at Rockingham and were absolutely thrilled with the property. There was more than enough room to accommodate us, with plenty of beds and pull-outs. It is actually even better than the pictures suggest. The rooms are all huge and beautifully decorated. We spent most of our time outside at the pool, which was just wonderful. We appreciated the privacy of the large property very much. Overall, the property was meticulously clean and well maintained. The owners were absolutely delightful and very attentive and provided excellent instructions to ensure we would have a fabulous stay. The property is very central and easy driving distance to a variety of malls, Old Scottsdale, lots of restaurants and golf courses. I would not hesitate to recommend this property at all. We would love to return.
