Nice location, all new furniture, huge backyard. My kids loved our vacation. Many rooms and all of them have new and very comfortable beds. We will definitely be back!

This place is not as great as it looks in pictures. Dont get fooled!!! We stayed at this place for Memorial day weekend 5/25-5/28. Arrived the house is soo dirty you need to clean your feet. The cleaning fee charged by this owner is definitely not used for cleaning. Its been 3wks after our stay & she just emailed now saying she cannot refund the deposit back due to the house left uncleaned. i can not possible think of anything that was left damaged or unclean. Be very careful for what you are paying for fees. The description described states the last 2 bedroom is queen size sleeper which is NOT! its a futon that can barely sleep 2. I would not recommend this place off stay. the TVs are so old it does not even work! & the yard not kept clean at all as it looks in pictures. We arrive & the grass was soo tall hasnt been cut in months. The patio set was broken, cant even sit & enjoy the weather...On top of that this owner is so SLOW with communication. i thought it was ridiculous for her to give us the passcode to the house 30 mins of our arrival. I would not recommend to anybody planning to stay & have a nice vacation... Do not follow into someone else Bad experience...im just warning you!!! Make your money useful to a nice vacation you can relax not to stress about!!!
Owner's Response: Hello I am very surprised about what this people are writing and complaining about.First of all i have a professional cleaning service,when they went to clean the house after their stay,they wrote me an email telling me how dirty the house was left and that they are not going to clean it up.Because in one of the bedrooms they left blankets,linen and towels all covered in vomit.I asked the cleaning people to trow everything in to the garbage.The mattress was in the same condition covered in vomit.I had to pay them extra money to clean up the mess that my renters left.I can provide information if needed of my cleaning company so they can verify everything .I had to replace everything that had been thrown away.This is the reason why i kept their deposit.My cleaning crew were very shocked, they told me they have never seen a house left in this dirty condition .I have sent her an email right away and she took her time to respond.Thank you and God Bless.

Beautiful Beach that will never be forgotten

We stayed in this beach house for the weekend and I must say that we were not disappointed. The house looks better in person than it does in the picture. The jitney (the bus to the bigger casinos and boardwalk) literally stops right in front of the house and it runs all night which is very convenient. Additionally the water is two steps away from the house. There are beautiful views. Not to mention, the owners of the house Irina and Boris are extremely nice! They also are easy to keep in touch with in regards to the house. I would like to thank them so much for providing us with this beautiful house!!!
We are looking forward to renting a house with them in the summer.

The place is not as it looks in the pictures.It is worn down and not at its best condition. The neighbourhood is very bad where the house is located. We were advised by some neighbourhood shop owners not to be on the streets after it gets dark.
The owner is not honest and a genuine person. He took our deposit and never refunded it back to us. Gave a lame excuse with some pictures showing paint being peeled off the wall. Total Scam......
The Oceanfront is 2 blocks away so dont get fooled by the picture. All in all a bad experience with this property and the owner.

While Irina and her husband are lovely people, very reponsive, and refunded my entire security deposit promptly, their house is unkempt, at best. We arrived to find a colony of ants living on the kitchen sponge. And then more all over the kitchen and dining room floors. The "bbq" is a nasty old rusted pile of metal of which they didn't even clean 2 ears of corn off. The grass hadn't been cut in months, so the yard was unusable, unless you like weeds tickling your knees when you are trying to relax on dirty chairs. Oh yeah, and don't forget the pile of 10 garbage bags you will look at while you "relax." There was no cable TV hooked up. And, finally, THIS HOUSE IS NOT NEAR THE BEACH! It is near a boardwalk (not "The Boardwalk," however) where there were lovely men drinking beer cans in paper bags which overlooks the ocean, but there is not a grain of sand in sight. The linens are disgusting, as are the mattresses. The microwave had caked on cheese(?) in it. The shower curtains were mildewed. I can go on and on. If you don't mind taking a taxi to the beach (only $10-15) and you don't mind some small ants and old linens, the house is fine. It is spacious enough and the kitchen appliances are very new. I wouldn't use them since they were dirty and could not be cleaned due to ant/sponge issue, but they are new. The price is low, so you get what you pay for...
Owner's Response: .The house is in a really good condition plus we just recently passed the termite inspection.Linens in the house are not brand new but they are clean and in a very good condition.We have a professional cleaning crew they clean the house after tenants.I have never had any complains about the house or the condition of the house.I told this person that I do not have beach chairs that they need to bring their own beach chairs. I also told this person that the Boardwalk and the Casinos are 0.06 miles away from the house and one block away from the house is beautiful beach with security guards ,restroom and shower.There is a Jetney bus that stops right in front of the house and it is 2 dollars per person to take you everywhere.This person also wrote an email to me asking for compensation for her to keep her mouth shut.Everything that this person wrote is not true.

I rented this home the weekend of april 15-17th for a party of 12. This home was big enough to sleep everyone comfortably. The home was stocked with cleaning supplies, toiletry, clean sheets and towels. The living room was an excellent entertainment room and the bedrooms were nice and spacious. The master bedroom was very nice and the home even included a wshing machine.
The location of the home was very nice and quiet. Far enough from the major casinos ( piece and quiet) but close enough to all the entertainments of the boardwalk (5 min cab ride $13).
The owner Irina was very friendly and responded very quickly whether through email or phone call. She acted very professional.
Only complaint about the home was that the light in the kitchen did not work but because the house had lighting to spare, this was a non issue.
My family and friends had an amazing experience and will rent this home again the next time we go to atlantic city.
Pros: location, beautiful home, great owner, 5 min cab ride to boardwalk and casinos

A Poor Experience

We stayed at the house at the end of May and were utterly disappointed with the house. The outside of the house was unlike the pictures portrayed. There was garbage in the fountain and the lawn had not been mowed. The chairs in the dining room had all screws loose and were unsafe to sit on and resulted in one being broken. The TV had no stations to watch, the computer and wireless did not work. The house felt very insecure as the information for the lock to the house could be found by any person from the outside. We were extremely disappointed with the state of the house and quality of the furniture in the house (especially for the amount of money we were paying). We did not receive our full security deposit back and felt like we were scamed.

Great Time

First of all the location was excellent. The property is located at a secluded area with plenty of parking. Supermarkets were close and travel time to casinos and beach was in a walking 10 minutes. Inside, there was plenty of room for 12 people. It was clean and the flat screen tv was a bonus in the TV room. We spent many hours in there during our stay. The property came with a washer/dryer , dishwasher and several other necessities you don't find in suites at the casinos. We had a couple of questions when we got down there and the owners responding immediately on the phone when we called. I would highly recommend this place if you are looking for staying out of the casinos.

Great family get together!

This home is in a lovely neighborhhood, with easy access to the boardwalk and right on the Jitney line so it's easy to get to the boardwalk casinos. The beach is just a few blocks down the road as well. We did a short drive to the Borgata, so that area isn't far either.
We had 3 families staying here with 12 people. There was plenty of room for all and we felt we had plenty of space. The kitchen is fantastic with new appliances (a coffee maker would be a great addition). The refrigerator is plenty large too!
The house was comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. We were able to relax between adventures and feed a clan of 12 without breaking the bank at the local restaurants.
I especially enjoyed sipping my morning coffee on the front porch watching the sea gulls and listening to the area wake up.
The guys and kids loved the large screen TV and all the adults were able to sleep upstairs giving us peace and quiet and the kids their own space. The three bathrooms were definitely a plus with the 12 of us.
The owners were very accommodating and we appreciated being able to check in a little early since we had to be out of our hotel (bigger family reunion) by noon.
The hustle and bustle and impersonal nature of one of the casino hotels left me with a sour impression of vacationing in Atlantic City but the remainder of our stay at this home certainly made me reconsider visiting Atlantic City again.
