What a wonderful place to spend our vacation! This was everything we could've asked for. Both inside and outside were beautiful. Plenty of room for the four of us. There were so many things provided so we didn't have to bring things like beach towels. It was very close to many restaurants and shops. Close to the airport and the traffic was easy to get around in. The pool was great and it was nice having it to ourselves.

Perfect place to relax

The house was so nice that we didn't bother to go to the beach. The weather wasn't the best, but the water heater and the screen over the pool we were more than cover. This property is perfect to just relax by the pool and bbq all day long. Pat, the owner is super nice and her across the street neighbor (in think his name is John) was very helpfull. The house and pool were clean and the area felt very secure, no complaints at all.

Most Amazing Vacation Destination

We were stunned at how wonderful this location was. My wife and I were looking for a home-like place to stay in Naples and this place was just that. Everything we needed was there. The home has a wonderful layout and the pool and spa are absolutely wonderful. It was screened in so we were able to swim late into the evening without being bothered by insects. The pool stayed a very nice temperature the entire week. This house is close to everything including the beach. We plan to return to this house later this year because we enjoyed it so much. The price is also VERY reasonable for the area. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. 5 out of 5 doesn't do it justice. This place will not disappoint.

We enjoyed yet another wonderful vacation in Naples at this property.
We ended up cooking in alot more this year. The fresh fish markets are very close and the fish was delicious. The outside eating area by the pool was lovely.
We are hoping to return again next year.

The Best

We have stayed in several Homeaway properties and this was the best one to date! The home was comfortable, spacious and so very relaxing. The pool just added to the comfort level and made the stay perfect! If we get the chance to go back to the area would definitely think about staying here again. The area is very nice with many attractions with in very close proximity.

THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY!

I read the review before me before I went and I just want to say that whomever wrote that must not have stayed in the same home as we did.I didn't see any gang stuff going on anywhere near the home or in naples period and It's super clean so please disregard everything that person said because it's all lies.That is a very nice neighborhood and naples is just an awesome town.This home has everything.The beds are comfortable we all slept great.Cooking was so easy all you had to do is buy food.The pool was so much fun my kids had a blast in it and you didn't have to worry about bugs because of the screen.It is located close to everything so no matter what you wanted to do you didn't have to travel far.You even get instructions that make it easy to know where everything is located and how to work everything.I would recomend this place to anybody especially if you have a big family,Thank you so much Pat we will be returning next year.

Area is Questionable

A police officer informed us of gang and drug activity in the area. The home was not clean when we arrived and we had to wait 90 minutes in driveway prior to entering the home. The street is very noisy. A neighbor was peering in our window . The pool filtration system was not working. The house was unclean.
Owner's Response: This review is a total contradiction of what we were told by the Brogans. After departing, they indicated they had a wonderful time and would like to return next year. This was before we found out by our cleaning service, our house inspection person, a neighbor and the next guest in the home: that the home was left "trashed" by this family, took over twice the time to clean and they left permanent stains on the living room carpet. This was the first time we had ever had a problem with any guests, and due to the fact we had to pay the cleaning service double their normal rate because of the extra hours cleaning required; we then passed this cost along to the Brogans, and didn't deduct anything for the stained carpet. This is a real bad case of "sour grapes", with no truth to their statements; none of which were raised by them until they had to pay for the extra cleaning. Please note our other reviews and ask for references, which we will gladly supply. Thank you.

Another great vacation

Spent another great time at this rental. The Florida weather wasn't quite as nice as last year, but got alot of reading done sitting by the pool.
A solar blanket was added to the pool this year and it really helped the pool stay warm. The home was clean and location is great!!. Homeowners were very helpful and accomadating with our questions. Will return again!!

Great house, great time, great deal

Pros: House really well maintained, clean, well-equipped, good layout and convenient location to local amenities. Very spacious living room/dining room area. Master bedroom is on opposite side of the house from other two bedrooms, which is great with kids. Backyard was great - pool was nice and clean. Very clear and detailed instructions on how to work stuff in the house and yard. Owners were reliable, responsive and very helpful.
Cons: House is quite close to a main road and so traffic can get noisy, esp during rush hour.

Location, location, location

We found this home to be centrally located to many areas and attractions. It was very well maintained. Lawn and pool services were done weekly. Home cleaning was available if you wanted it (at your own expense). The layout of the house was very nice. The Master suite was on one side of the house with access to the lanai and pool area. The 2 other bedrooms were on the other side with a shared bath. Worked out great when the family joined us. The house is located minutes from Tin City, great fresh fish markets, Venetian Bay, numerous shopping malls, church, and not far to the beach. Great walking road next door at the golf course. We really enjoyed cooking most nights outside on the gas grill, sitting by the pool. Originally, I was somewhat intimidated with setting up the solar heat for the pool. However the instructions were very well writen and quite easy to follow. We have already rented this property for 2010.
