This is our second day at at the house. It is wonderful just like being at home. We have our family here for a reunion and we could not believe it when we arrived, it is better than we could have imagined. This is one of the best vacations we have ever taken. To be recommended-highly recommended.

Audrey, your house was a joy to stay in. I loved the sunny kitchen window, watching fishermen head for the coastal water ways. The beds were comfortable, master bathroom shower just great. Your decorations are marvellous to admire and enjoy. We are two 70 year olds from Michegan, down here to soak up the warm Texas weather. Our daughter and family live in Houston. Wed come back here again!

I would recommended this property to anyone it is a wonderful place to unwind and relax. Just sit on the deck and drink your morning coffee.
We had several adults staying on our vacation and the house is big enough that each person has their own space. It is very homely but luxurious at the same time.
The owner and the rental company are very easy to work with and very hospitable.
We hope to plan another vaction in the future hope to stay
at this property again.

We rented this house for a romantic/active short vacation. We had a great time in beautiful surroundings. So much to do but can do as much or as little as you want. Great floor plan for lots of people yet really private areas.Apparently there was initial teething problems with this rental and its management but our experience was the opposite. A lovely house, we didnt want to leave! Also very competitively priced for the specification of this house.

Absolutely great. Right on the water. Accomodation and amenities were perfect. Stayed with children and grandparents. Would not hesitate to stay here on our next vacation. Is also a great weekend getaway.

Due to a series of poorly managed utility service payments and lack of communication between the owners and the property manager... our much anticipated stay at the "Buttercup House," never happened. We arrived to find the electricity turned off and ended up having to stay at a less than luxurious alternative home or face the option of driving back home ( some of us flew in from the East coast for this vacation.) I hope that all who attempt to rent this property in the future have a more positive experience than we did.

Where do i begin, the quality of this property and its furnishings is second to none, in the Rockport area or beyond.
The location so close to the Estes flats, we went out on the flats using the supplied kayaks. The games room has a 8 ft pool table, dart board, playstation, ping pong and loads of games, you will never need to see the kids!
There are TV's in almost every room, i found none in the laundry room, bit of an oversite!!!!!
What a deck, its enormous with a very big bar-b.
If you want luxury, space, freedom, peace and quiet if required, this is the place.
Hurry this is a new rental and i hear it is offered at this price to get people to come, it will, the price must raise next season as you can get far inferior properties for this much and more.
I will be back and cant wait!
