I have to honestly say this is probably the nicest decorated condo in the Grand Strand!
As an owner of one of the largest rentals in the Grand Strand, I cherry picked this property to be my place for the weekend since my vacation property was rented.

Another outstanding stay at Ocean Keyes. No issues with the condo whatsoever. Clean, quiet, roomy, top floor, corner unit with tons of natural lighting. We came down for a few days when the weather wasn't cooperating and it was nice to be able to stay in a home-like condo where I could play on the floor with my son and still feel clean. Great location, close to everything, far from noise. UCP Game Zone, Molten Mountain indoor miniature golf are close by for rainy days.

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo. It is beautifully decorated and the owners were great to work with. Loved the pool near us because with two teenage girls we could see them from our covered porch. The condo being on the end unit provides more privacy and also the windows were nice in the living room providing another area of the complex to view. I would recommend it!!

We really enjoyed staying at this property. It's very convenient to the beach - about 1 block from the east entrance. The beach access is nice because it's in a residential area so you don't get the large crowds you get going on a beach outside of a high rise. The week we were there it was very quiet. This unit is close to the pool but not too close which is a good thing to cut down on noise. In fact we hardly heard a sound out of anyone all week while in the condo.

The condo itself is very nice and very comfortable and dealing with the Haverkate's was very easy and problem free. It's a great location as well because you have easy access to Hwy. 31 which allows you to bypass all the stoplights as you head south into Myrtle Beach. If you get tired of the Myrtle Beach scene you can head north up to Calabash to get some good seafood - it's only about 20 minutes away across the state line into North Carolina.

This is exactly what we were looking for on this vacation to the beach. Price was very reasonable and damage deposit check was returned quickly. We definitely would consider staying again on future trips.

The owner was very easy to work with during the booking process. The condo was clean and relaxing. The gated community is vey quiet and most folks are very friendly. They even had a GREAT little 4th of July golf cart parade! Its a short walk to the beach and close to everything. It was very nice having the pool right behind us and security enforcing that 11:00 pool time closing (which would not happen at a hotel). I don't feel like I could possibly say enough good things about this place or its owners! Thank you Haverkates for opening up your condo for us and others to enjoy and make wonderful lasting memories in! This place sets th BAR HIGH!!

We wanted to stay at a condo or home rather than a hotel. This condo was perfect!!!!! It felt like being at home. One of the pools was right behind the condo. You could see it from the balcony. My husband used the gym everyday. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking and eating utensils. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing. The decorations were beautiful!!!! It was just what we needed. We were about 2 blocks from the beach. We could walk or drive. Everything that we needed was a short drive away. I love that it was a gated community. I will definately look to book this condo again.

Great location and accommodations for our family of six. We were very comfortable in this well appointed and well kept Condo. Scott and Erin were great hosts and even gave us a call during the week to ensure that we had everything we needed. Would stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking in this area. Really enjoyed the clean and sandy beach at 6th avenue, only a couple of blocks from the Condo and an easy walk. Thanks again Scott and Erin!

Wonderful condo and very nice. Great condo for families and just a weekend get away. All rooms are very spacious and furnishings are extremly nice. Owner is very nice to work and we hope to return very soon. My cousin and I stayed in Oct. 2011 and it was just great!!!! I highly recommend this condo for families who will take good care and apppreciate this condo. Just a short walk to the beach. Pool is very nice to.
