This is an immaculate 1800+ square foot three bedroom, three and a half bath end unit town home, 'Beach Therapy', is the ultimate in relaxation therapy. Enjoy your private master bedroom suite with an attached deck overlooking the white sand and beautiful Gulf of Mexico. Each of the other two bedrooms have their own private full baths. This unit has zoned CH/AC on each level with ceiling fans throughout. The fully equipped kitchen has an electric range, microwave, dishwasher and other small appliances. A separate laundry room has a full size washer and dryer. A second deck off the living room also overlooks the gulf and beautiful sunsets. This is a fully furnished end unit with an enclosed garage and 4 additional parking spaces- room for a boat or RV. WiFi Internet access provided. For the first time in four years this unit is available for winter rental Nov- Apr. All or part of that time frame.

Mexico Beach FL.: Located on the Florida panhandle, Mexico Beach is a community on the edge of the Gulf of Mexico but miles from anything else. As you drive along scenic Highway 98, there are no high rises, nothing to block your view of sea oats and white sand. You may stop for a family of beachgoers crossing the road, but no traffic lights. Often called the Forgotten Coast but. happy to be that way. Imagine walking on the beach and not tripping over someone else or surf fishing without having to worry about swimmers. There is plenty of room for everyone!

During your stay, take part in our swimming, snorkeling, shelling, kayaking, fishing, recreational diving or just relaxing. When it comes to suppertime, if you have not caught your own dinner, visit one of our many restaurants, either on the beach or across the street. When you are in Mexico Beach, you are always within walking distance of the water.

If you like a quiet peaceful beach, somewhere to get away from it all- Mexico Beach is for you.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at Beach Therapy! The condo is well situated just a short stroll from the beach - silver sands and balmy breezes! The beach was remarkably uncrowded for July/August - lots of room to throw a frisbee. Restaurants are directly across the street. We especially enjoyed the Fish House.

The condo is beautifully maintained and has an excellent layout with the three beds and bathrooms. We did not lack for any utensil or appliance with the well-equiped kitchen. Lovely views from the balconies of the ocean.

The Owners and the property management company were responsive to our inquiries and a delight to communicate with. I would highly recommend you try Beach Therapy!

Great location,just a short walk to the beach and restaurants.
House is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Very tastefully decorated.
We loved it!
