5 friends celebrated a 30th birthday at the Twinbridges House over a long weekend. The house was clean, well kept and offered all the amenities we were looking for. Some of the highlights: cooking meals together in the open kitchen, sitting around the large kitchen table playing games and doing puzzles next to the fire, having drinks around the outdoor fire pit, a close skiing/snowboarding trip to Blue Mountain, relaxing in the hot tub after said skiing trip, freshly snow-covered surroundings. Additionally, Mary Jo and Billy were a real pleasure.

We very much recommend this spot for your next trip to the Poconos! We can’t wait to make this an annual event, and hopefully come in the warmer months as well!

We had the pleassure of staying at this beautiful lakehouse for a nice three day long weekend. When we got there, it was even more beautiful that the pictures showed. It is very clean and has a beautiful layout. What surprised us the most is that it had everything included that it said it would. Most of the time things are never like the picture as we all know. It was so peaceful and tranquil and a great place for a relaxing family vacation. We took a beautiful row around the lake, layed out on the hammock and listened to the sounds of nature, and relaxed in the hot tub overlooking the lake, which was my favorite! I can't wait to go back again! My gratitude to Mary Jo and Billy for sharing their beautiful lakehouse with us!

My wife and I and two best friend couples were looking for a quiet long-weekend away from kids and the hectic day to day. And boy did we find it! The TwinBridge Lakehouse was exactly what we were looking for. It had all the modern amenities and conveniences we're used to, but was in it's own private setting. The house is set on a wooded lot and the garage provides some screening from the neighboring property. The lake was just steps away and offered beautiful views. The house is extremely well-maintained and very clean. The owners were such a pleasure to deal with. They were prompt in their responses and provided lots of wonderful information.

The lakehouse is situated centrally from numerous amounts of activities, shopping and dining. Jim Thorpe, Pocono Speedway, Tannersville Outlets and Mount Airy Casino all were about 30 minutes away. There's definitely a lot to do if you look for it, but I know we just enjoyed hanging our, grilling, soaking in the hot tub and talking around the bonfire.

We would definitely stay here again if vacationing in the Poconos!

Our stay was great and everybody had a good time! The home was very clean and comfortable. The house has a beautiful view that looks out at a small lake and a great backyard. Looking forward to coming back here in the summer. The owners are great and easy to deal with. Thank you very much!

Great house,perfect secluded location in a quiet community. Steps away from the lake and wonderful accomodations. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Just a Great weekend, My family looks forward to this weekend each year and we have been so lucky to be able to enjoy your home. It is such a nice place to get away, to be able to spend time with the family, whether its hanging out at the house walking the lake, sitting around the fire pit or going to one of the nearby ski mountains, and the women of the family even venture out to the outlets, it is truly a place that has something for everyone. The house is perfect also just to just sit and relax, looking out at the lake, IT is truly a great weekend getaway.

My husband and I were looking for a quiet, private romantic getaway and that is exactly what we got. The house was clean and extremely comfortable and was very well equipped with games, a boat, hot tub, tv in every room, a/c, a grill on the deck and even an outdoor fire pit. And we could look at the lake from the master bed! We were there in the summer and were not looking for much to do in the area. But it seemed that everything was at least 25 minutes away. I would highly recommend the rental for a couple or a family with children.
