I was in town for a conference at the Convention Center, which is a short walk away down a safe and clean street. This location was also ideal in that the property was across from Loring Park, which was alive with activity during my June stay, including a free concert, playground, walking trails, etc. The restaurant downstairs was very good and did not charge too much of a premium for being across from the park, and there are many other restaurants, small grocery marts, banks/ATMs, liquor stores, and Target all within walking distance. I have the impression that the advertised unit is in fact one of several in the complex that are overseen by an apartment rental service. I found it to be clean, comfortable, and considerably more spacious than an equivalently-priced hotel room. Though not extravagantly-supplied, the unit was adequately supplied for cooking, dish and clothing cleaning, ironing, etc. I also found the rooftop club room and deck to be excellent, and was able to host a small group up there on a rainy conference night. The exercise room was modest, but again comparable to a decent hotel. The only "complaint", which really wasn't a problem for me, was that the "1 bedroom" unit was really more of a convertable studio; the bedroom was partially separated from the rest of the unit by a translucent glass wall that did not quite rise to the ceiling and had no door. Without a doubt, I would recommend the rental to a friend.

I loved the apartment and the location. The furnishings were comfortable and the apartment was well apointed. Parking was perfect and easily accessed. The few tenants I met were very helpful and kind.

The only unfortunate customer service concern I would like to call your attention to is the (?) manager in the front office. I had 2 brief conversations with her, and found her to be very rude. She appeared to be very irritated when questions were asked, like, "where is the parking garage" and " when I check out at 7am, where can I drop off my keys". She is not your best asset for first customer contact. She would be the only reason I would not recommend this venue.
