This is a great place to stay. I will be back for sure. Very quiet and the best view in the complex. The bed is very comfortable. Loved the heated pool and hot tub just steps from the door. Grilled many a steak at that new poolside gas grill. Hiking trails right across the street. Only negative was the couch - a couple of recliners would have been better for this old man's bad back. Cable TV has minimal channels, but I didn't come down to PS to watch TV all day long. 9.5 out of 10.

H i Tom/Brian,
So it's time for us to leave. Days went by very quickly. We will be leaving tomorrow morning as soon as we are ready, maybe at around 9 a.m. Thank you very much for offering us your place. We have stayed at many different places, but your condo was the best as far as " the feeling like at home" goes. Things on the desk (pen,pencil, elastics, etc), all the items in the closet, coasters on each bed side, we could feel the thoughtfulness of the hosts. We certainly made use of the ice pak every day. Also, Brian, thanks for recommending to us to visit Joshua Tree National Park. This has become the high light of our trip this time. We have learnt a lot of geography and the plants in this harsh desert living. We also enjoyed the blue sky and the mountain view every day from the MB. The nice music has also certainly helped!

We arrived Dec 31st to a clean and well appointed condo. The unit, although only 560 Sq ft., served us well during our 3 months stay. I love to cook and the kitchen had everything I needed. The bedroom offers a kal-king bed and is very comfortable with a great walk in closet / storage. We brought our own pillows as that is what we're used to. Bathroom offers bathroom/shower and functional decorated in the original period style. The living room is the main part of the condo and has a great large, comfy couch. The flat screen TV is housed is an Asian cabinet however best viewed if you take off the doors.
We found videos, games and some books to occupy our down time but mostly it was the pool that we spent our time at. There are 2 pools, one heated and one not (67 degrees on April 1/11) plus the spa. We spent alot of time at the pool swimming, sunning and meeting many of the home-owners and other seasonal renters. Also many evenings playing Crib and sipping wine on the wonderful patio beside the pool. This is truly the highlight of the complex - the pools and BBQ. The BBQ recently has been connected to a main gas line so it never runs out! Truly a bonus for all in the complex.
We feel this is a home away from home and are thrilled to be returning next year.
Tom was very attentive to our needs and the entire renting process was efficient and easy. We feel we have met new friends. Thanks Brian and Tom for sharing your wonderful home away from home with us. Regards, Gay & Mark
