We had a magnificent time!

A great location from which to take advantage of all that the Cape has to offer, from cycling to hiking to laying on the beach. Minutes to highway 6, giving you access to the Outer Cape area, and central enough to allow you to explore mid-Cape and inner Cape villages. The unit is more than adequate for a couple -- spacious living quarters, and a fully equipped kitchenette that we used at breakfast and dinner every day of our stay. We really appreciated the use of the picnic table, grill and outdoor area during the warm evenings, as well as the use of the garage to store our bicycles. And Bailey (the Jack Terrier) is adorable! Thanks, Beth, for a great week!

Relaxing on the Cape

VLSM Pincourt, Quebec
Review Submitted: August 12, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
Perfect location to explore the Cape, rental was exactly as described. Our kids (8/11) both enjoyed the loft with trundle bed. We were able to access many beaches within a short distance and the Cape Cod Rail Trail 5 minutes away. Fantastic to be able to park our car in the garage and not have to take the bikes off! We were able to cook all our meals and enjoy a quiet coffee in the morning on the porch... very relaxing and quiet.
Highly recommended, wish we had rented for 2 weeks!

Perfect place to stay on the Cape

The 3 Mairs Scotland
Review Submitted: August 12, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
This is the perfect place to stay on the Cape for a someone travelling alone, as a couple or as part of family of 3. The house was spotlessly clean and tastefully decorated. Everything we required for our stay was provided in the house. The house itself is located in a quiet spot, but very convenient for getting to and from anywhere you would like to visit on the cape. The owners were very very friendly and provided 'tourist' information in the property and answered any questions we had.
The added bonus for us was that towels and linen were provided as part of the rental. This is very useful for overseas visitors who probably don't not want to bring these with them, yet so few rentals on the Cape provide this. We had a great week, and would have no hesitation in highly recommending the property to others.

Excellent location a couple of miles from the Cape Cod Rail Trail. We were able to keep our car and bikes in the garage. In excellent condition, very clean, exactly as described. In a quiet residential area. Highly recommended!

Private Hideaway on the Cape

Alphappyrenter Edison, NJ
Review Submitted: July 26, 2008 Date of Stay: July 2008
Great accomodations and affordablility makes this a real find on the for anyone looking for a private, comfortable place to stay. The location was well situated for mid-Cape access to points of interest, beaches, biking trails and local shopping. Traveling solo, it provided me with more than adequate space for sleeping and relaxing, and has a well equipped kitchenette for quick meals.
Can't wait to return, and would make this my first choice for a place to stay in the Brewster area.

Clean, Comfortable, Peaceful Getaway

EMC CT
Review Submitted: June 29, 2008 Date of Stay: June 2008
This rental was very clean and comfortable, and was exactly as described in the ad. Beth and David were very hospitable and friendly, yet respected our privacy. The windows provide lots of light and ventilation - and the wooded yard and birds provide a peaceful environment. The kitchen is well-equipped for cooking ... and the upstairs living area is comfortable with perks such as DVD, board games, and guides to local attractions. The property is located in a quiet residential area, nearby the beach (both bay and ocean sides), bike trail, grocery store, and downtown Brewster. This rental is highly recommended for a couple or small family looking for a quiet getaway - we would definitely go back!
