This is a beautiful home. It was large, spotless, and appeared to be new. The beds were comfortable and the home had all necessary appliances etc... A few suggestions; be sure to bring paper products (paper towels, toilet paper, etc...) as there were none when we arrived. Also, the upstairs bedrooms were quite warm at night so it might be in your best interest to bring a small fan. We would definitely stay here again.

The owner was very easy to work with and very helpful. The house was well maintained and she helped with the small details as location of grocery store and local beaches. I would recommend this home to anyone! One trick we learned was many of the side streets off Atlantic ave. have free street parking. Thanks so much for letting us use your home!

We got your note along with the return receipt for the deposit- thank you! We enjoyed your property and the location - nice balance between beach, funtime attractions for the kids, and the downtime in the home and by the pool. We thought that we might be back in that direction for a longer stay the next time.

Not an easy owner to work with

Owner gave our dates away only four days after we showed interest and she sent us the contract. When we called to pay her she didn't pick up, but instead emailed us saying she booked another family. I'm sure the actual house is nice, but it's just another example of money hungry people out there that have forgotten how to do business respectfully and honestly.
