The house was incredible. It had everything you could possibly need. Its a nice walk to the beach and the beach is beautiful. All resteraunts and activities are very close. Will rent this house again next year and highly recommend it.

Beautiful and peaceful
Our stay was perfect even though we had the effects of TS Lee. We barely knew it was storming at the house. It is everything and more than the listing says. Choe-Kelly was the best. This was by far the easiest rental I have ever transacted. The place was beautiful and had everything you could possibly want. You only needed your clothes. The walk to the clubhouse and beach was not far and a nice peaceful atmosphere. We really enjoyed the patio every morning and evening. We did not want to come home just wanted to tell the next renters that we were permanent fixtures of the house!!!! Would highly recommend to all of my friends and family.

lovely and excellent home to stay
We have just come back from Destine. We had this house for one week and could not easily leave because we have been enjoying it so much. It is plenty of place and very clean house. We found in the house everything we could think about. It offers privacy but also huge living room including all kinds of entertainment. We spent the days outside (beach/ swimming pool/ harbor). Whenever we came back in the house we spent a lot of time in the nice back yard, where we used the grill for fresh fish. We also enjoyed the see food in the very close restaurant on the beach (0.1 mile from the house). In addition, there is a Target store and a fresh market close to the house. We often went to both stores but there is also plenty of options for shopping near by.
We are definitely sure that we will enjoy our stay in this house whenever we come here not only in the early summer.

Beautiful Home - Excellent location and vacation!
This house was absolutely perfect - pristine condition, all the amenities you could ask for and in a perfect location. The beach and pool are a stone's throw away and the neighborhood is close to all the shopping and restaurants you could ask for or need.
As soon as we walked through the house, my son said, "This house is great!" - and that's saying a lot for an 8 yo boy! The owner made sure we had everything we needed and provided all the essential home away from home things.
The beach by the house is great - powder white sand, crystal blue water - perfect! When we go back to Destin (this was our first time there), we will rent this house again! Absolutely recommend.

A home from home and much more!
My husband, three boys and I had a wonderful holiday at this beautiful location. The pictures do not do the house or the resort true justice. The house is spacious, well equiped, beautiful and full of light. Although we did not get the opportunity to meet kelly the owner ( we were out every day), she made herself availble at the end of the phone and it was great to know she was there going above and beyond ( thanks for your help to four very hungry people when we arrived late on the first night!).
The beach is the most stunning and clean we have experienced edging above Siesta keys Florida and even Bulls Bay in Jamiaca (and that's saying something!) The well equiped gym and the pool nearby was fantastic for the adults and children on days when we decided to stay close to home. (The boys were going to go out on the bikes but noone wanted the pink one!)

Gorgeous House and Perfect Location!
I truly can't say enough good things about this rental! I was fortunate enough to stay here for a recent weekend, and have now been officially spoiled as far as beach vacation spots are concerned. The house is extremely clean, well decorated, comfortable, and spacious. The owner, who is quite possibly one of the sweetest ladies I've ever met, has truly done a great job in making the cottage a luxury for its occupants. Although the house alone is enough to want to return, the location is unparalleled. Located in a development right on the beach, the property provides easy access to anywhere in Destin or Sandestin that you would want to visit, including its close proximity to great shopping and restaurants. The community in which the home is located, Destiny West, was also perfect! In addition to being very safe and clean, the community pool and exercise area were ideal for days when we wanted to stay closer to the house. I suppose the point of all this is to say that I highly recommend this rental home to anyone considering renting it, and can promise that I will be hoping to stay here on my future trips to the area!

RELAXATION!!!!!!!!
This vacation home was so wonderful, the pictures dont do it justice! The owner is the nicest lady to do business with. Her home is beautifuly decorated, so comfortable, and has everything you need for a great time in destin. I have already recomended it to my friends who are planning their vacation. I will definetly stay here next time I get to come back! You will be greatly pleased with all the amenities this home has to offer, clubhouse with pool, hot tub, and fitness area all just a short walk from the home. The beach is also close by so you dont have to drive and worry about parking. This vacation was the best my wife and I have had, we just didnt want to leave!

The Perfect Family getaway!
Having traveled to Destin for several years, we finally found paradise! This home had everything my wife & I and six children could have ever asked for. It was beautiful and comfortable with all of the amenities of home. The gated community was a plus and the pool and pristine beach was easily within walking distance. The owner made our trip perfect with her attention to detail. We would never hesitate to return to Cayman Palms again!

Highly Recommend
This home is lovely, well-appointed, and well maintained. The patio was our favorite part. The neighborhood is great and only a short walk to the beach. Property owner is extremely professional and easy to work with. We are already planning our next trip, and we will definitely stay here again.
