Beautiful Waterfront Home with Dock in the back yard, with Spectacular Lagoon and Bay Views, these views can also be seen from inside the home. This is a comfortable Home in a Beautiful street, very exclusive. You and your Family will enjoy all of the comforts of home, with Central Air, King size bed, etc. Patio furniture is out on the Back Yard, so you can sit and enjoy the water views, and beautiful Sunsets, right from your backyard. Deep lagoon for your boat. Property is fenced in. Also close to the Beach and to all the nice area restaurants and nearby attractions.

Go Sailing and or Fishing right from the Dock: Leave from your backyard and go sailing on the Bay and or go fishing on the Bay or the Ocean and come back and Dock your boat right on your 60 ft. Dock. It is a pleasure and very easy when you have access to your boat right from your back yard.

This house was even better than stated in listing. Very kid and pet friendly. The fenced in yard, patio and dock is where we spent most of our time. the children loved crabbing in the lagoon as well as swimming.The rooms were all a nice size and very well kept. It was a great value for a rental in this neighborhood, which was quiet and family friendly.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Pet-friendly, Girls Getaway, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Clean house, country decor and great views. Owners very easy to work with - pets accepted - great rental - only thinkg missing is a ladder off the dock, but I will still book next year!

This was a very nice home and a good value for this area as I know it well. The bedrooms and beds were a good size and three full bathrooms is great for a larger group. It is nice for kids as there are alot of family activities withing a mile or two. The deck and dock out back, right on the water were superb. We spent alot of our time right there and docked the boat right there.
