I recently stayed at Harding's Beach House with my husband and our 2 year old son. We had an absolutely wonderful time, hugely down to this wonderful house. The house was spotless, very well maintained and very tastefully decorated. The house is spacious and would easily accommodate 4 adults plus 2-3 children in comfort. The house is also well equipped and the owners really have thought of everything to help make your stay comfortable. We stay in rental homes regularly as we have a young child and this is easily one of the best.

The owners, Keith and Linda, were very helpful and friendly, answered any questions we had quickly and fully. Excellent customer service.

Chatham itself is a lovely town. It has some lovely restaurants and shops that are well worth visiting. We would also recommend a boat trip to Nantucket Island, which we thought was beautiful.

We would definitely recommend this property to anyone wanting to spend some time in Cape Cod and we hope to return in the not too distant future!

We recently spent the Easter Holiday at the Harding’s Beach House. Knowing it is not yet the busy season on the Cape, we were hoping to have a restful quiet extended weekend away, and that is exactly what we had. As for the home, we truly felt it was as another reviewer stated our home away from home. Immaculate is an understatement. Decorated to our tastes. Located in a nice quiet small neighborhood, a stone’s throw to one of the best beaches on the cape. Also convenient to town. We have rented vacation homes in the past and found the photos sometimes are presented in a way that highlight the positives and hide the negatives. That was not the case with this home at all. In fact, we were pleasantly surprised to find that it was even nicer than described. The listing states it was remodeled in 2008, but it seemed like it was brand new. This home is well cared for. Nice craftsmanship. The rebuild was extremely well done. We felt extremely at ease here as if it was our own place. It is exactly what we would want ourselves in a vacation home. The owners sent us a package of information that was very helpful and came in handy to locate several restaurants we were not familiar with. We are hoping to get back there either this summer or fall as well as future years.

We enjoyed a wonderful short break at the Hardings Beach house. The location of the house was excellent for access to the beach, to Chatham and the surrounding area. The house was immaculately presented and very comfortable - a real home away from home. We had everything we needed for a really comfortable stay and the owners couln't have been more helpful in advance of our visit. We'd love to come back!
