Great for beach lovers

Your condo was very nice and cozy! Marco Island is a very nice location, the water and beaches were very nice. Our family had a "wonderful" time. Will recommend to friends and family!

Location was great for a family with young children. Good proximity to the beach, tennis and pool. Children do need to be well behaved, as many retirees enjoy Marco Island, as well as the Seaview complex. The unit is in good condition with the amenities of home. The owner provided great service making us feel very comfortable in the unit. Some updating is needed to give this rental a rating of excellent--overall experience with property = 4.5

We stayed at the condo for Spring Break. There was plenty of space for our family of 5. There were plenty of buckets and shovels for the beach, as well as 2 very nice beach chairs with footrests for the adults. There were also noodles for the pool and an inflatable cushion to lay on in the pool. There were not any beach towels, but we did bring our own.
The location is absolutely perfect. You can see the South end public beach access from the screened-in lanai. Other than the condos that are directly on the beach, this condo complex is literally the closest you can get to the beach access on Marco Island. It is probably the only complex where walking to the beach is no problem with little children.
The pool was very nice also, with plenty of lounge chairs.
We would definitely stay here again.

Fabulous location - couldn't ask for better proximity to the ocean and wide expanse of beach. We were 4 adults and were very comfortable - good laundry on site in the suite. Lots of very good restaurants in Marco, Naples and Isle of Capri. The pool and surrounding area very conducive to a relaxing vacation. The barbeque facilities were very good. Friendly condo group. Wonderful outlet malls close by as well as any type of excursion you might like to try. We would recommend this condo without hesitation.
