Great view if you stand up you can see the actual beach. Second Bed is not fit for adults unless you like sliding together and having back aches. Long walk over the dunes to the water, many chairs on deck broken, freezer door has outside lock or will stay open.. .tacky. I didn't like paying a cleaning fee and having to wash and dry all sheets on the day of leaving??? Why the 12% tax, Fla is only 8.5% ?????
Owner's Response: Sorry, you were not happy with the rental. I will notify the owner about the sofa....The Dunns are protected so there is nothing we can do about that. Low rental rates was the key to all the booked months on this house on the beach.
Also the Fla. tax on rentals certainly is 12%...fell free to call and check on that. It was 10% until this year and increased to 12% this year.
As to doing your sheets before you leave....I will be checking on that with the cleaner because that is not right and I know nothing about that being asked of our renters.

Beautiful Family Vacation

This beach house was perfect for me and my family. My husband and i have 3 girls ages 8, 9, 11 and it was their first time seeing the ocean/beach. They were so amazed and just by the look in their eyes when we arrived was a moment i will truly treasure. It was so convenient to just walk off the deck and be right there at the beach and ocean within seconds and the privacy is spectacular! There was plenty of room for the 5 of us and i will and have recommended this home and look forward to coming back. This was our first BIG family vacation and it was terrrific!!! We look forward to bringing down some of the rest of the family next time. The beach house was just like described, but even better! It was clean and made us feel like we were at home with the full kitchen, washer/dryer, own bedrooms!! My contact was awesome and the transaction for the rental was prompt!!

Incredible Beach House

Having stayed in this beach house two years in a row, my family and I have fallen in love. It was amazing coming back this year, it felt like home to us. Everything about the house is accomodating, from all of the amenities to the privacy offered. More than anything the view from the deck is unbeatable. Many nights we spent sitting on the deck listening to the sounds of the ocean. This beach house is absolutely amazing and we cannot wait to come back for the third time.

The house was very comfortable and relaxing. Morning coffee on the deck was a special treat and the sunsets were amazing. The view was beautiful yet the dunes provided enough privacy to enjoy quality time with my daughter and her family. Being right on the beach was so convenient. We are already planning a return visit.
Panama City Beach Retreat

Wish we would have had more time to spend enjoying the great views from the deck. This house was the perfect get-away for the wife and I. It does sleep 6 but it could get crowded with little ones. We were able to walk to Pineapple Willys, the Blue Moose, and Under the Boardwalk for meals. Anything more than that would require a car. We were only at the house for 3 days but appreciated what it has to offer.
