This house was amazing and the owner, Randy, was great to work with. We had 15 adults, and 2 grandbabies, and we all loved the house and our experience. The location is great, easy access to a private beach, the Atlantic was gorgeous. Lots to do in the area, and lots of room in the house for all. Highly recommend.

My family had a wonderful experience while vacationing in this lovely home. It had all the necessities of home and was very well decorated. We especially enjoyed the separate living areas on the lower level as this worked out perfectly for my large family with a baby.

We would definitely stay here again and hated to leave. The area was just beautiful and we enjoyed the ocean front cafe as the food was delicious. Golf carts were a bid hit for taking to the beach and other areas of the complex.

We had a wonderful and simply perfect vacation in this community of Bermuda Bay in Ocean Side Village, Surfside. Randy was wonderful to open his lovely and incredibly appointed home to us. The reason we come back to OSV and Bermuda Bay in particular is the lovely new homes and all of the amenities. The community has indoor and outdoor
pools as well as private beach access (no stress trying to find a parking space). The whole community is set up for golf carts and having one supplied with this home rental was great! It was nice to not have to get into a car to take trips to/from the beach or pools. Surfside is a great location with several piers not to mention restaurants nearby and it is close enough to the fun at Myrtle Beach without all the crowds.

The house itself is beautifully appointed and Randy was extremely thoughtful in providing many amenities you don't think of until you arrive and realize you need. There was nothing we wanted for and everything was of the highest quality. For example, the home linens and mattresses were of the same high quality you'd want at home. Again, the Golf Cart was Awesome! And might I say how nice he was giving us tips and being flexible with our stay. It was nice to rent from a private owner who cares and not a large rental company that couldn't care less. His customer service was fantastic! We look forward to renting from him again and recommend him to all our friends considering staying in the area!

We rented the entire house for a week over Thanksgiving. This was a great house to rent. It is decorated beautifully and had a lot of little extra touches that made the stay nice. There was a lot of room for my very large family to lounge and play games and the kitchen had all the necessary gadgets to make cooking easy. The owner of the house was wonderfully thorough and accomodating. I really enjoyed dealing with Randy. The bedrooms were separated enough to make the house quiet if we had any late night owls or early morning risers. While the beach is a little drive away, the golf carts made the trip to and from the beach easy and fun. Being that our trip was in Nov, the indoor pool was nice and warm and the playground on the grounds was lots of fun for the kids. The carpet is white in the house so removing your shoes is a necessity to keep them clean. With lots of little trinkets and lovely decor, I wouldn't recommend this house for families with young children. There was lots of dining and shopping close by. The grocery store is across the street from the development making last min. trips simple and easy. All in all, it was a great house and a great trip. I would definitely rent from Randy again!

Our family spent a week at the house. The golf carts provided easy access to the beach and plenty of space to carry a cooler, beach umbrellas, chairs, boogie boards, and a beach bag. The house is very spacious and comfortable with many things to do when you've enjoyed enough of the sun for the day!
