When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-stocked this townhouse was! I mean, it even had ziplock bags, spare batteries, cleaning supplies, etc. - a small thing I know, but that's just one less trip to WalMart for me should I realize I've forgotten to pack something! Oh and when we did need to pick up extra groceries, a huge WalMart was just a 5-minute drive away!

The whole place is very spacious, even the bathrooms are a good size! There's a fully equipped utility/laundry room with a large washer and dryer too. There's even a toddler booster seat that can be attached to a dining room chair for little guests!

We enjoyed our stay in this townhouse immensely and would definitely stay here again!

Terra Verde is a great resort. It is clean, well maintained and has good clubhouse facilities. It is also in an excellent location to explore all the theme parks, shopping etc.

We have stayed at Terra Verde twice before this visit the property we wanted was already booked so we stayed here instead. Unfortunately this particular property and owner did not live up to expectations.

The spa pool did not work and when we lifted the cover, the water was cloudy. We needed to phone the owner to get it serviced. This was organised but it meant that we did not want to use it for the first two days until it looked and felt clean.

The owner is also blaming us for damage to a headboard that was already broken when we arrived. The owners legal rep suggests that 'independent witnesses who are able to confirm your position that the damage preexisted your rental' be supplied! Totally unreaslistic in my opinion for renting a private property. The owner has refused to return half of our deposit and despite repeated requests for the housekeeper reports and photo's the owner claims to have, nothing has been supplied.

The owners own website also contains an image of 'another photo of the spa' which is not event the same unit. The spa is on the wrong side of the photo to be the correct property. I also know this because the picture actually belongs to the unit we stayed in on a previous visit to the resort!

Terra Verde is a great place but I would think very carefully before selecting this particular property and don't want others to face the same problems we have.

We traveled all the way from Hawaii not really knowing what to expect.
OMG what a great place. Very convenient to Disney, town and great eateries.
Even close to a Walmart if that's your thing.
The condo itself was immaculate and extremely well stocked. It seemed everywhere we looked there was a special touch right down to two sets of dishes-- fun ones for the kids and more elegant for the adults. I went to iron a blouse and instead of a wimpy small iron, there was a high quality iron. A small thing perhaps but a statement about how the owner seems to spare no expense in stocking the unit with the highest quality everything-- even the washer and drier are large capacity!
All that said, how is the unit over all? Spacious, clean, safe and we felt very welcome. It is a must try for anyone who wants to be away from the resort scene and desires a comfortable and accommodating environment. I'd go again in a flash!

My family had a wonderful time.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It is very well maintained, clean and has all the amenities you have at home. We highly recommend it if you plan on visiting Walt Disney World or any other place in the Orlando area.

No really, this was perfect. Comfortable, spotlessly clean, secure (it's a gated resort with 24/7 security) and all the amenities. Great pool (with a bar at the end) and the whirlpool on the patio was.....well, perfect. Close enough to ALL the attractions (15 min to Disney and Universal) and yet we always felt a bit away from all the hubbub.

Three bedrooms upstairs in this lovely townhome gave us plenty of room with the living room, kitchen etc downstairs. Patio has the whirlpool and behind that? Nothing! Looks out onto woods and trees! Every morning coffee was taken on the patio in the sun before heading out. Every evening was a few minutes on the patio in the whirlpool before hitting the sack, and then starting all over the next day.

Everything we needed was present and accounted for: TV/cable, plush towels, clean linen, washer/dryer, dishwasher for the reasonably well stocked kitchen and then some. There was so much close by we hardly ever ate in, but it was great that we could when we wanted to. And, the owner Elaine was a gem answering our questions and getting us where we needed to be. She was friendly and responsive.

We will definately stay here again.

We absolutely loved this town home! It truly felt like a home away from home, equipped with everything we could possibly need to make our vacation enjoyable! This home is located in a very quiet section of the resort which was wonderful. We also enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub each evening after our eventful day. The location was also ideal. We were close enough to get to most attractions in about 20-30 minutes which wasn't bad at all but we appreciated being far enough away from all the "action" at night.

I also must say that the owner was very accommodating and willing to communicate with us often as we were first planning our trip. The home was also very clean and tastefully decorated and certainly a great value for the money!

A funny thing happened during our stay - - initially we checked into the wrong condo (a maid let us in). After a quick talk with the owner of the correct condo (who was very nice and helpful), we ended up at the right location. We joked that it was like an immediate upgrade after calling the front desk of a resort hotel. While the layouts of the 2 condos were exactly the same, this one was SO much nicer. It was very clean, well-maintained, and tastefully decorated.

Everything you could want was available in the condo - - cooking implements, dishes/silverware, Tupperware, electric tea kettle, coffee maker, washer/dryer, hair dryer, TVs, beach towels, etc. Plus with multiple females, having 2.5 baths was great! It reduced competition for bathroom time for getting ready to go out. And the very best part of the condo is your own private outdoor patio and hot tub!

The resort pool and amenities were wonderful. I particularly enjoyed that the area wasn’t overcrowded, and we didn’t have to arrive super early to get a poolside recliner.

While you could have a very pleasant and relaxing stay just staying at the condo resort, anything you want to do in the area is within minutes to no more than ½ hour away. Disney, Universal Studios, Discovery Cove, Celebration Village, Cirque du Soleil, Blue Man Group, lots of restaurants, shopping, flea-markets, outlet malls, grocery stores, etc.

I would definitely book a return stay at this same location/condo. I can’t recommend it enough ,and the price is unbelievable!
