My wife and I do a lot of traveling. So that means, we have to stay in different hotels, villas and rental homes... I must say, this place was one of the nicest homes we've rented in a long time... I have to rank it as one of the top 10 places we stayed at...
I say that because of the very reasonable rate they charge, the comfort and the cleanliness are all very important to us...
I thought this place would be just another ordinary home rental... I was pleasantly surprise to say the least...At home in New York, my wife and I are very clean and like things organized. This place gave us that "at home feeling" cozy,comfortable, clean and well organized... The only negative feedback I would have to say about our stay is, the dogs barking at night, and every once in a while the airplanes flying right overhead.. So if dogs barking & airplanes flying by don't really bother you... Then this is the place to stay... It really didn't bother us, and I'm a light sleeper... Besides that, we had a wonderful stay. If I'm ever in that side of Puerto Rico and need a place to stay, I would definitely come back, but this time stay longer. We only stayed for three days, but I wished we could have stayed longer... We went to Puerto Rico on personal business and needed a place to stay that was near the Aguadilla airport... Wow, how extremely convenient is it, to just drive about 5 minutes, drop off the rental car and get to the airport, all in under 30 minutes. I would also like to mention that Esther was very courteous and extremely professional...
I would definitely recommend this home away from home, to all my family and friends... Great memories and a wonderful time... I highly recommend this cozy little home....

My Second Home.....

The title says it all, my husband and I have stayed there 4 times and we absolutely love it. It offers all of the comforts of being home and is quite peaceful except for the airplanes that fly overhead and that is one awesome sight......We will continue visiting and bringing friends and family, I HIGHLY recommend you stay here (unless it's the week we"re going) .....just kidding

This place is just perfect! perfect location, airport is about 10 minutes away, beaches 5 minutes! restaurants and moore.. the apartment is very clean, updated and cozy. Esther and Brad are super nice people. We give this place a thumb up!

Beautiful Place To Stay!

The apartment is in excellent conditions. Very Clean and well kept. The bed at the master room is very comfortable. The apartment feels fresh even in summer time when it is too hot. Very close to the Beach, Bowling Place, Cascadas de Aguadilla (water park), and the Ice Skating place is close too. Had a great time and will consider this place for a future vacation in Aguadilla. Thanks a lot!

Our stay was quite pleasant. The apartment charming, clean and well maintained.The grounds were nice. The outside shower, washer and dryer came in handy. All the amentities were as listed. Esther was friendly and professional and everything went smoothly. Enjoyed her friendly dogs. Grilled twice while there. The planes that flew over as listed in other reviews were only for a short while and we actually were upset as we wanted to video one flying right over the house and it never happened again in the seven remaining nights. We liked the location as we traveled all over the island. Visited the outlet mall between San Juan and Aguadilla, beaches, gambled, observatory, water falls and snorkled. Enjoyed Steps beach best as was beautiful and the snorkeling was awesome right of the beach. Huge coral reef and many beautiful fish. Enjoyed the food best in Boqueron at the food vendors along the streets in town. Best pina colada, fresh oysters and clams and more. Used jobos beach in the late afternoon after we would get home from our excursions as right down the street and great for swimming. Make sure you give yourself plenty of time for traveling in car. Not the amount of miles, but the traffic quite heavy when traveling to and from San Juan airport. Only complaint I have and hate to have even one is that the heat was quite extreme. Could have used an AC in the second bedroom. All four of us had to sleep in the master bedroom but still comfortable as the bedroom very large.

Clean and affordable, with caveats

The place is great, clean, affordable, and secure....BUT....the noise levels can be very loud. The airport nearby has fully loaded cargo planes (FedEx) taking off late at night and early morning, maybe 2-4 per day. The path of the plan is such that they bank immediately after take off and face the jets towards the house. It can be very loud. You also have to hear the barking neighborhood dogs and car alarms afterwards. They do provide ear buds so that you can sleep better.
I would come back here again if I was on a budget and all the people in the party were heavy sleepers. My mother-in-law was not a happy camper because she didn't get good sleep.
Holly is very courteous and made sure we arrive safely.

Great Location, wonderful apartment

We really enjoyed the stay ad found Brad was the perfect landlord. He was very helpful with instructions on how to get around and ensuring that we had a pleasant stay. We loved the location and found the rooms very clean and in a great location to see the west end of Puerto Rico. The location near the airport was somewhat unexpected as the planes fly very low and near to the apartment. It only happens a few times a day and for only for a few minutes, but can be loud.
They have a few dogs that are very friendly. It is great being a part of a neighborhood, and in a safe area.

It was perfect

My wife and I didnt want family drama during our visit to Aguadilla. We go often as my wife grew up there. We were in town celebrating her birthday and decided it was better that we lease this property for 10 days.
It was perfect. Clean, quiet, and everything we needed was there. We saved a ton of money being able to cook our own food when we wanted to.
We now prefer to lease this property instead of staying for free on family property. That should say it all. Simply put, you wont go wrong leasing this property.

Great Holiday Vacation!!

We rented the second floor of this great vacation home for our family vacation during Christmas holiday '11 and the New Year. It has a beautiful vista and the mornings feels wonderful to wake up to.
There is just about everything you can hope for provided with the rental at no additional cost. What you see in the pictures is exactly was its like. And everything is well kept and in great shape.
The other apartments were empty during our stay so we had the entire fenced-in area to ourselves - which the kids loved immensely to run around in.
The airport is very close so you'll be experiencing extra noise during airplane activity. But it's not constant and it was only a concern for our 2-year old since it startled her every so often while sleeping.
Thanks Holly for providing a great vacation experience and hope someday we will make use of the rental apartment again in the future.

Excellent Apartment

The apartment was very well kept. It had all the conveniences of a hotel room & more. Brad the apartment owner is a very very nice individual. The apartment has a kitchen, two bedrooms, a nice size living room. He had beach towels in the room as well as 10 towels of different sizes. There were lawn chairs & several cd's to watch. The TV had over 100 channels. You are much better off staying here than at a hotel. I give this apartment the highest recommendation possible.
