We had a fabulous time in Kauai and that was partly because of our accomodations! Your condo is very well appointed and fully loaded with everything one needs and more (condiments)!! The location is perfect and close to everything & makes it easy to tour the North or the South parts of the Island. We would definitely come again!

Monk has taken care of every detail to make your stay wonderful. This condo is a home away from home. The location is perfect as you are close to shops, stores,golf, etc. The condo itself is clean, has a view of the ocean. It was very nice to walk the beach everyday. I loved his place and I can not wait until we return to our home away from home.

Monk's place in Hawaii is a wonderful get away convenient to all that the island has to offer. We enjoyed the condo with our two teenage sons a few years ago as part of a three island trip to Oahu, Kauai and the Big Island. The condo is kept in immaculate condition and attention is paid to every detail. We had a wonderful time and plan to return again.

The villa is a great place to stay and is well maintained. Mounque, the sound system is fascinating...and I had no idea which device to use:). We were very pleased with the value and with the quality of the property. It was truly a home away from home. We will recommend this property to others. MAHALO!!

This was our second trip to Kauai staying in Mounque's condo. The weather was great in late May. Warmer than our January trip the previous year. Great beach weather. The condo was all you could ask for. Super clean and comfortable. All the amenities you could imagine. Looking forward to our next trip. Thanks again Mounque!!

What a stunningly gorgeous island, and Mounque and Tracy's place is the perfect spot to take take advantage of both the beautiful North Shore and the Sunny South. Kitchen is very well equipped, place was spotless as promised. Landlords communicate well.

Thanks Mounque for the great stay in your lovely condo. We loved walking on the beach and making smoothies for breakfast. The sailing mementos were terrific also. We loved the location with easy access to the Northern parts of the island. Great food everywhere and your helpful guestbook. Kiluaea lighthouse, Hanalei, the local beaches, the local fish shops and fruit from the stores are all so wonderful. We took a ride on Safari's helicopter tour of the island which was fantastic!
