Loved the property! Great location, very clean, owners easy to work with. This was the perfect place for a "Girl Gathering" (6 of us celebrating 35 year college reunion).

We really enjoyed the fabulous views from the garage deck, appreciated the easy beach access, and used the fire pit multiple times.....Would definitely recommend.

This place was perfect for our 2 families. House clean, in tip top condition. Cupboards well stocked with everything we needed for an exciting Duluth vacation. The deck & beach are awesome. The whole transaction, booking, check-in & stay went smooth as silk. These people are pros. I'll be back next year

Our family spent Thanksgiving staying at the perfect place to enjoy Lake Superior and watch ships come and go. We had a wonderful time with plenty of room for 5 of us. The house had perfect access to the lake which we could see from the kitchen and dining room windows. We were close to the Arial Bridge and could walk to all the shops on Canal Park. The house was clean and comfortable. We are planning out next trip already. If you love to walk the beaches of Lake Superior, see the ships come in and hear the roar of the waves this is the place to be.

Our family spent a week for July 4th in the home, and were very pleased with the amenities and how well the home is stocked with linens, towels, kitchenware, everything you need. We spent every evening on the upper deck, where everyone enjoyed the special "close up" fireworks display.
Canal park is just three blocks from the house, and the bridge is very interesting to watch as it allows ships to enter and leave port. The water was cold, however, it didn't keep the children from enjoying it.
The north shore is definitely something to see, the drive is beautiful with plenty of lighthouses, history,natural beauty for photography,smoked fish you can purchase, and friendly people everywhere! Canal Park had plenty for those who don't have cars. Shops, restaurants, art, cruises, carnival for children and much more to see within walking distance. I highly recommend this home!

We stayed for Girl's Weekend in June, was the perfect location. The house was beautiful, clean. We LOVED the rooftop deck and the firepit, and the beach access was great. Was perfect to walk into downtown. Owners were very responsive throughout as well.

Memorial Weekend 2011...The ladies and I had a blast in Duluth, staying at the Beach House was awesome, comfortable and easily accessible. We loved the deck, firepit and walking on the beach. This is our second year renting and we will definitely be back!

Four friends traveled to Duluth to run Grandma's Marathon. The location was perfect. We could easily walk to canal park, restaurants, and the convention center. The view from the house was beautiful and the house was warm and comfortable. We had a great time and couldn't have asked for better accommodations. I was especially surprised with how quickly we got our security deposit back. Owners were very easy to communicate with and very friendly. I would not hesitate to recommend this property. Thank you again for a great weekend!

This is a terrific beach house if you're looking to get a feel for Park Point and the Canal Park area. Gorgeous views with the sunrise every morning, short walk over the bridge for coffee/ newspaper, direct access to a lovely beach, plenty of space for bigger families or groups, ample parking both on/off street. We really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back again next year!
