This was our first trip to Maui. Wow what a great place. The condo was very nice. Very well kept up with many extras. Very nice part of the island. Mark has done a very good job on the condo. You are requested to clean up before leaving, which was fine for us. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Thanks again Mark for the wonderful stay. Leon and Cindy

We really enjoyed our stay at the condo, the Logans have thought of everything we brought more than was necessary. The unit is located in a lovely complex. We would recommend to our friends.

My husband and I have stayed on Maui every year for the past 13 years. This condo is wonderful and I would highly recommend it for the location and access to the Wailea community. There is golf, beaches, shopping and fabulous dinning all within walking distance of this condo unit. We plan on returning in 2009! Enjoy the bird concert every morning and evening.

My husband and I stayed at the 1 bedroom condo Nov 8-15, 2008. Had a wonderful experience there! Condo was extremely clean and comfortable, and it was great to have snorkeling gear and beach chairs avail for our use! Lanai is so quiet and peaceful, I spent hours out their reading and relaxing with no distractions, just the birds singing. Pool is smaller, but I was the only one there several times. Be sure to try Matteo's pizza nearby, for some great pie! I highly recommend this condo and hopefully will be returning in the future to visit again.

Very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed how well constructed the sound proofing is. We couldn't hear our neighbors. The lanai was breathtaking beautiful... made you feel like you were in another rich, lush world, and that wonderful bird orchestra topped it off. The place is tastefully decorated, and clean. The air conditioning keeps it cool. It's within short driving distance of many great snorkeling areas and pristine beaches as well as shopping. Staying here certainly made this vacation more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend it to others.

This quiet condo is located in a beautifully landscaped complex just a short drive (or longer walk) from the ravishing beaches of Wailea and Makena. We raced to snorkel at a new beach each morning and slept like logs in the comfortably firm king bed each night. The kitchen and bathroom are spacious and stocked with everything you could need to have a great vacation. We didn't use the laundry facilties, but appreciated knowing they were handy. The lanai is surrounded by lush greenery and makes a peaceful spot to enjoy your morning coffee. We also appreciated online access to the unit's computer and the complex's front office folks were very friendly. The one time we called Lorraine, the condo's local contact, she was very helpful. Mark was easy to work with in booking the unit and extremely accomodating when we asked for an early check-in and late checkout. Thank you very much for our magical week in Maui!

Oh Wow!! Very Nice stay want to still be there! Pool was closed close to us but the other main pool with spa was great!
The condo was very clean and neat with very Hawaiian theme and had great Dvd player in the living room but the one in the bedroom didn't work for us but other than that it was wonderful would definately stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. The condo was great - very comfortable, attractively furnished, nice amenities. Quiet, peaceful. Comfortable bed. Nice large bathroom and kitchen area was good. We ate every meal on the lanai, looking at the plumeria trees and listening to the birds.



The property is lovely. We enjoyed the pool area and used the barbecues several times. And the proximity to Ulua Beach, the Shops at Wailea, and the hotels is ideal.



We had a wonderful, very relaxing vacation. We will certainly keep your information for future reference.
