GREAT Vacation

TNT93 Jellico, TN
Review Submitted: August 4, 2009 Date of Stay: July 2009
We had a great time on our vacation & can't wait to go back. The room was perfect for us. Everyone we met was extremely nice, great sosuthern hospitality. The owners were very helpful and the rental transaction was very smooth. Only recommendation is that the bathroom be better stocked with towels for the number of people staying and their time of stay.
Owner's Response: We contacted our housekeeper and told her to make sure there were enough towels in the bathroom.

Perfect for two

I was in a wedding this past weekend and my wife was not able to accompany me. This rental was perfect for me and very affordable. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a couple's getaway. Probably a little too small to bring our son along, but I definitely hope to get my wife back down for a weekend.

On the Gulf

Review Submitted: July 2, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
We stayed at the condo for 5 days in June when the temp was 101 so we spent a lot of time at the the beach and the pools (the pool was clean and well maintained) . Since I am disabled, my husband did drive me to the beach from the condo and drop me off because it is a good walk (about 200 yards to the water) . If you are planning to see Fort Morgan or take the ferry to Dauphine Island, the condo is a convenient location. The restaurants in this area are uncrowded but good. The condo was clean although some of the light bulbs(5) needed to be replaced. Also, the owner returned our deposit check promptly.

Great Getaway

Loved the Gulf Coast Overland Park, KS
Review Submitted: June 29, 2009 Date of Stay: June 2009
The condo was perfect for a beach getaway for my husband and myself. We loved the area, the uncrowded beach at Gulf Shores Plantation, and the beautiful weather. We enjoyed using the numerous pools and tennis courts as well. The condo was clean and had everything that we needed. The owners were easy to work with and quick to respond to questions. We will be back!

This condo was perfect for my husband and myself. It was clean and comfortable. The walk through the resort to get to the beach was very pleasant. The owners take good care of the property and of its guests. We had a wonderful time.

Small but nice

DamasusI Andover, MN
Review Submitted: February 10, 2009 Date of Stay: January 2009
The unit was large enough for 2 but no more. About 200yds from a beautiful, pristine beach, A postage stamp of gulf was visible from the unit. All amenities were as promised, but the coffee shop/bar was closed Sunday and Monday so we never tried it. The owner was businesslike and we received fair value. I would use this unit again and would recommend to others.
Owner's Response: Our condo is a studio unit, but it will accomodate 4 as there is a queen size bed and an additional queen size sofa sleeper.

Short but Great!!

reb819 Tuscaloosa, AL
Review Submitted: September 9, 2008 Date of Stay: August 2008
We enjoyed out little getaway. We originally booked the room for four nights but had to cut it short due to Hurriance Gustav. The layout is all you need when visiting the beach. It is what you expect a studio to be. The property was clean and well kept. You are definately getting a great room for the price. The beach is a short walk through the resort, and being in Fort Morgan, the beach is very secluded compared to others. When down there you can't go wrong deciding where to eat. All places we tried were great. This is where we will continue to go when traveling by ourselves...or with a couple we feel close to. It will also be great when we have children. The resort is very quiet.

The condo was perfect for us. Just the right size for 2 adults and 2 small children. The price was terrific as well. Very close to one of the pool's and nice short walk to the beach. The property was very well kept and all of the staff was very nice. Also nicely located away from all of the traffic of downtown Gulf Shores. Will definitely recommend to family and friends.

Comment Text: Sunsuite nice, clean and had every thing we needed. I loved it's location at the resort...sort of away from the crowded condos.
The owner, Steve, was very professional and pleasant to deal with.
