What a great condo. As soon as, I walked into the condo it felt just like home. Three spacious bedrooms nice kitchen and lovely living room area. I loved the decor because it fit the beachy theme. My parents, fiance and I were pleased with the overall stay. The neighbors were very pleasant as well. Glad to have found this gem.

This place had everything we needed for our large group of 10. The kitchen had plenty of appointments for making large meals and the bedrooms were comfortable. The porch space was large and we used it frequently. It was about a 10m walk to the beach -- right next to a supermarket and a liquor store. It was nice to have the combination lock system considering we came in late during the check in day. A great find! Looking forward to coming back again!

I recently spent the weekend at this condo and everything about it was perfect! It was very spacious and the inside decor was nice. I stayed with family and friends and it was accommodating to everyone! I would absolutely stay here again! The location is great (right near a Wawa and Dunkin Donuts!) and it's a very short walk to the beach! Overall, it was a great experience and I'm looking foward to coming back soon! Thanks!!!!

Love this place! This was our second year staying here and we enjoyed it once again. The condo is very spacious, clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. The location directly across the street from the large community pool is a plus! Also the porch is great for the family dog and us to relax on and watch the other vacationers and their pets, and is a great area to walk the dog within the Community and by the Bay. Everyone in the area was very friendly and helpful. Not far from Northside Park, good places to eat, grocery stores and within walking distance to the beach.
Marsha is great to work with and to communicate with and answered any questions I had in a timely manner.
Would recommend this Condo to anyone with a family and it is
pet friendly!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and handy to everything we needed. We had to drive to the boardwalk but were able to find free street parking every time we went down...NICE!!!! The two grand children loved the beach but really loved the pool and since it was right across the street, it was so handy. We walked down and got a spot in a vacant lot for the fireworks. They were fantastic. The only thing that might need improved is the mattress on the pull out couch. No one wanted to bunk with the kids so we used the pull out and man, was that tough. All in all, great place to stay.

Over the years we have stayed any many places in Ocean City. Marsha's condo is by far the best! The pictures do not do it justice.
We were impressed with how clean and well kept the unit was. Even with 6 adults and 4 children we had plenty of room. The layout was great.
Marsha was an absolute delight to deal with---responded immediately to any and all inquiries. Apparently there was in issue with the coffee pot. Marsha sent her local person over to take care of it. Her genuine concern about all aspects of our stay was greatly appreciated.
As for the location---it was quiet, yet you could get to the beach in just a matter of minutes, parking was easy and plentiful, lots of restaurants, stores,shops within easy walking distance.
Truly a perfect place to stay!

What a Beautiful and roomy Condo! It is beautifully decorated with appropriate beach theme throughout. Marsha has provided everything needed for a wonderful family vacation. There are plenty of TV's so everyone could watch what they wanted. It is very clean and has everything needed to make your stay very enjoyable. We took the family dog along and she loved laying on the porch and watching the people and other dogs walk by! We would definitely recommend this to anyone for a great family vacation. Looking forward to returning in the future. Marsha is helpful and even had the local contact person call us to let us know the Condo was ready before 1pm, which was great since we had a toddler and dog with us and it was very hot out. Great place for families with young kids and adults that want to relax. Everything was more then I expected. Very pleased with the treatment we had. No issues with anything in the condo, the suuroundings of the condo so peaceful along with the all the people. I will honestly love to stay here again Marsha was so easy nice and easy going thank you so much for a wonderful vacation home.
