Exactly as described!!!

Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to see that the unit was exactly as described in the ad. Additionally, it not only looked clean, but smelled clean- a quality that not all rentals can live up to.
The building was also equipped with an elevator and valet carts which made moving-in a breeze.
Only a short walk to the beach & boardwalk, and a location right on the marina, the location was perfect! We really loved the short walk to Fish Tales at Bahia Marina- a great place to hang out after a fun-filled day at the beach.
Finally, the owner was extremely helpful and informative. In the months and weeks leading up to our visit, the owner communicated with us via mail and email. She provided us with a list of items we would need to bring as well as a list of things that were already provided in the unit. She sent the keys through the mail prior to our visit and had additional keys and a parking pass available upon our arrival.
The owner and her unit receives an A++ from this educator!

Owner's Response: WOW! A++, I wish to get the same grade from every guest. I can visit OC any time, but most of guests can only come once a year or so. Therefore it is my responsiblity making sure they will enjoy thier stay and have necessary things to avoid spending extra money and make themrselves comfotable. I just want every guest enjoying their stay.

We rented the condoo for Bike Week in OC. Mieko was wonderful to work with from start to finish. Being on the top floor affords a very nice view of everything. The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. It is small, but was very cozy and comfortable for the 2 of us. Many restaurant and night spots are within walking distance as well as the bus stop. I would recommend it!

Lovely condo in terrrific location. This studio was perfect for our getaway to OC. The apartment was very clean and nicely decorated. The owner is very helpful and responsive to any questions or concerns. Would rent this condo again.

me and my children recently rented the condo for 5 days. it is in a great location, about 2 block from the beach/boardwalk, & is surrounded by lots of great places to visit. Mieko is very nice and informative about the property. she makes sure everything is comfortable and in order for your arrival and stay. we look forward to returing in the future. thanks for everything! :]

I recently rented the condo For my Honeymoon, My wife and I loved it, it was perfect clean, well maitained, The customer service was perfect the owner was always there when I had question GREAT COMMUNICATION, I didnt have to wait for anything. You really dont need to drive alot everything is there for you food, mini golf, jet skis ect...... I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS CONDO TO EVERYBODY AND ANYBODY THAT JUST WANTS TO GET AWAY , GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION !!!!!!!!!! YOUR GOING TO LOVE IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!

My husband and I really enjoyed staying here! The location is super convenient- a short walk to the beach and boardwalk, a short drive to pretty much anywhere on the Coastal Highway, and many restaurants and shops nearby. The condo was very clean, comfortable and homey, with plenty of kitchen supplies and nice furniture- it would be perfect for a couple or a family. With canal access just outside, it would be a perfect place for someone with a boat as well. We would like to thank the kind owner for taking such good care of us!! We hope to come back and stay there again someday.

A terrific top floor end unit - right at the stairs and elevator door - access could'nt be easier. It's quiet, clean and comfortable - it has everything you'll need. It's located in the midst of resturaunts and activities - and a casual, short walk to the ocean and boardwalk. If you must get back into you vehicle - you can be anywhere in just minutes. It's a great location for a bicycle. It really lacks nothing - good views, short walk to the ocean and quiet when you want it. I'm not a boater, but the access ramp is just below your balcony. Short of a house with a pier, it can't be much easier than that.

My wife and 13 year old daughter spent a mini week here in July. The place is darling. Just right for a small family like ours, with room for more if you use the sleeper bed. As much as I love doing the boardwalk, I would rather stay here, which is only about a city block off the beach, but away from all that hub-bub. It sits right on the marina, and from the balcony you can even see the ocean! The owner is very thoughtful and accessible, and the price is very reasonable. We don't get to OC very often, but when I come back I'll be staying here again.
Tourist Tip: Walk over to the Marina one evening and take the sunset cruise for a different view of Ocean City.
