Peña Mar Ocean Club is located on the east coast of Puerto Rico just 35 miles from the San Juan Airport. This 3 bedroom, two bathroom fully furnished apartment overlooks Villa Marina. The ENTIRE condo is fully air conditioned. 95% of the other rental units in Peña Mar do not have AC in the living areas. Flat screen TV's, high speed internet and DVD for your enjoyment. Enjoy all the comforts of home with our leather couches and recliners, king size (Master) queen (2nd) and 4 twins (3rd) 1500 sq ft living w/ balcony. For security and peace of mind, our condo is located on the 4th floor and is the closest to the 24-hour guard station. Most of the parking spots in Peña Mar are stacked one on top of each other. We offer 2 side by side parking spots for you or guests. Leather furniture, desk/secretary, new stainless steel appliances. You will love the huge fridge.

Puerto Rico is ALWAYS Hot. When comparing places to stay don't assume that they will have AC in all areas of the condo. 95% of all condos available to rent in Peña Mar do not have AC in the main living areas. If there is no wind then the condo will be hot. If it rains it will get muggy. We offer top of the line AC units in all areas of our condo to make your stay as comfortable as possible.

Some other things you should also compare:

1. Do you offer just basic cable? - We offer the upgraded package with a lot of programming in English.

2. With the constant sea breeze do you have anti slamming device for the heavy front doors to protect kids fingers? We do! A door stop doesn't count. If you have kids this is a must. Even if you don't rent our place, make sure they have this installed as our kids were injured before we had one installed.

3. Is the inside of the condo painted other then white? Ours is! Amazing how color will make you feel when you are inside. White shows A LOT of dirt and doesn't feel warm.

4. Is the master bed a King Size? YES! also with memory foam and Egyptian Cotton Sheets. Why downgrade to a Queen?

5. Do you offer Wifi and is it High Speed? Yes we do and we offer the upgraded High Speed Package not just the basic. Now at 40 mbps - The fastest in Fajardo!

6. Your security is our top priority! Ever wonder how many people might have a key to the place you're renting? Could a previous guest made a copy? Our condo is equipped with a state of the art lock that only can be opened by the person who is staying at the condo. The unique code that is given to will only work during your stay. NOBODY can open the door unless they have the code. This is also a great feature as you don't have to worry about lost keys.

7. We do not require a large security deposit nor do you have to divulge any credit card number as you will be covered for up to $1500 worth of accidental coverage during your entire stay. If anything is broken or lost you will have PEACE OF MIND that everything is taken care of without any hassles.

Our condo is loaded with everything! Tons of towels, games, cooler, chairs etc.. you name it we got it and if we don't and you think we should, we will buy it for you.

Peña mar offers a ton of features not usually available in other condos in Puerto Rico. Gated entry w/24 hour security, elevators in all units, only two units per floor, granite, bidet, huge balcony with ocean view, 3 pools (one shaped like a boat, an infinity pool with a jacuzzi, and one with a built-in slide which the kids love. For those of you who like to exercise, a full gym and basketball courts are available. Peña Mar is the most desired location in Fajardo because of its resort style design. Our apartment's location is excellent. Only one hour drive to San Juan, 15 minutes drive to Luquillo Beach, 25 minutes drive to El Yunque, the only tropical rain forest protected by the U.S. National Forest Service, 5 minutes to 'El Conquistador Hotel (great golf and restaurants). 5 minutes from the famous 7 Seas Beach. We are located right next to Villa Marina, where a wide range of sailboat and catamaran charters are available to take you on daily trips to the cays for snorkeling.

Known as 'La Metrópolis del Este' (Metropolis of the East), Fajardo is a major tourism and recreation area. The location is ideal, with easy access to the archipelago of Vieques, Culebra and the nearby day-sailing cays of Icacos, Diablo, Palominos and Palominitos. In addition, there are a number of large marinas in the area as well as an airport and a major nature preserve. The 316-acre Las Cabezas de San Juan nature preserve features a lighthouse that has been in continuous operation since 1882. The tour of this area includes the lighthouse, the mangroves and the bioluminescent lagoon. Reservations are required to enter the grounds and take the tour.

Fajardo is well known for its excellent day sailing, snorkeling and diving. The day-sailing trips normally take you to one of the nearby cays for a day of snorkeling, sun bathing and feasting (food and soft drinks are part of the deal). For the divers, there is excellent clear water all around the cays, with plenty to explore. Of course, the seafood in this area is fresh and delicious.
