Nuevo Vallarta Condo Rental Photos and Description
3 BEDROOMS 31/2 BATHROOMS

This beautiful 3 bed, 31/2 bath unit is a dream come true. Watch the dolphins frolic in the bay from your beautiful balcony. In winter time you can see the great humpback whales who journey to the bay of Banderas every year. Build sandcastles, go shell hunting or take a long walk on the beach. When you become tired of all the activity, lay under one of the palapas and take a little siesta. Tired of all that sand? Take a dip in one of the 3 beautiful pools (2 heated) and just laze away the afternoon. Before heading out for that wonderful dinner at one of the many local restaurants, watch one of the most amazing sunsets you'll ever see.

Golfing: For the golfers. Within 5 minutes of Villa Magna are 3 beautiful course to play; El Tigre, Flamingos and Mayan Palace. A short drive away are several more signature golf courses by greats like Jack Nicklaus and Weiskoff .

So if golf is your game don't forget those clubs.

Good condo - could be better

We spent there the month of February 2009. The unit is quite new, with good views and good size rooms, but it can benefit from tighter final details. On the appliance side, the dishwasher would not stop, so we had to watch it standing by to stop it manually, the oven was in short circuit, so we had to call the repairman, and the limited load electric breakers kept shutting off anytime we used multiple small appliances in the kitchen. Some of the furniture was uncomfortable, like the balcony chairs are hard to sit on, and the living room sofas are very straight. The unit needs bedroom shades on the 2 bedrooms with windows facing the eastern side- we had to hang blankets to stop the sun from waking everyone up early. The kitchen needs more than just the very basic kitchenware- more pots, more dishes, and small utensils. The complex has some buildings devoted to condos and some where a large hotel operates. During many days, hotel guests monopolize pool and beach chairs and some nights get really noisy with shows, karaoke, and so on. We had a very good time, the weather was perfect.
