My family and I rented both of Mark's houses in July for a family reunion, and had a very relaxing time. The houses were very close, so it allowed our families to spend the max amount of time together. Additionally, there was plenty to do at the house, and if we had a question about how to use something, Mark or his wife usually returned our phone calls and emails within a few hours. We've already told our friends about these houses, and will be coming back for our next getaway.

My family and I came for the boat, but will return for the amenities. Everything we needed was at the house, available for our use. We had a great time and will come back soon!

Our trip to be with family for the Thanksgiving holiday could not have been more complimented than by this beautifully "homey retreat." The moment we entered the home there was a sense of coming home. Our families in florida have all downsized in their personal homes, and this home offered more than enough room for everyone to come and visit with us. The extra activities such as pool & ping pong tables offered hours of entertainment. The extra games that came in the home as well as puzzles offered a perfect ending for our busy days. Relaxing together and having fun just hanging out doing puzzles was how we spent a lot of our evenings. Our family looks forward to revisiting this home soon. There are many for rent right now, but the added extras cannot be topped!

My family stayed in this house for a week in August, and had a great time. We only used the boat twice because my son and wife ended up with some bad sun burns. The house had everything we needed, including a pool table, which was great for entertainment at night. We went to the beach a few times, and would recommend Billy Bobs barbeque off of Hwy 98 if you like good barbeque (down the street from the house). We will be back next year!

We stayed in this house in June, and had wonderful time. We caught several fish in the back canal, but never took the boat into the bay because it was very choppy and rainy during our vacation. House was nicely furnished, and we didn't realize until we got there, but house came with a pool and ping pong table. We plan on returning next year.
