Fantastic Location but watch your dollars.....

Can't say enough about the Ocean House Condo complex. Great location with pool. Owner was very helpful and seemed very forth coming and honest. Our family really enjoyed our stay in this unit but after we never received our security deposit back nor any communication after multiple attempts with the owner as to why. We became very disappointed.....I can not recommend this unit to anyone but the Ocean House Complex as a whole is great. I would expect if an owner was to keep your security deposit there would be some communication as to why. We left the unit, late and the owner was there, but it was left just as we received it...no damage at all. As a business owner that deals with the public everyday I can't say how disappointed I am with this rental.

Summer out of the City....

Very charming place to relax for the summer! Great location, within one minute walking distance to all the restaurants and shops at Short Sands. Great pool and jacuzzi and spacious condo comfortably furnished. Super view, the sunrise is spectacular.

Great Condo, Great Location!

My family and I loved staying here! Condo had all amenities that you could want. Large deck over looking beach was the best part of all. Location could not be any better....kids ran back and forth from beach, playground, town and of course fun-o-rama.
We had a great time and would highly recommend to all.

Great location with view of Atlantic!

This property is in a fabulous location in York Beach. The deck is great with an awesome view. You can walk to the beach and to town. Other locations such as Kittery, Portsmouth and Ogunquit are just a short drive. The condo complex is well maintained. The owner was very friendly and very easy to work with. He was there when we arrived, just as he promised he would be.
