Great Location, Beautiful Home

Home is as beautiful if not more so than pictured. Very comfortable. Located in a quiet and peaceful area. Very relaxing, yet close to many activites. Beautiful state parks, great restaurants (Pumpkin Hill Bistro was excellent) & wineries. Sunsets over the lake are spectacular. Had a lot of fun feeding the ducks who swam up to the deck. We had a great vacation!!!!

Beautiful weather - Beautiful view- we loved your place. Went to McKenzie-Childs Fall Fest Event. Enjoyed the tour of the Farm House. Dinner and games with friends who stopp by in the afternoon. We had a nice fire in the chiminea and enjoyed the beautiful sunsets on the water, over the hills - just what we wanted.

Our third stay was equally as relaxing as the others. While the rain and clouds tried to deter our evenings on the deck, we were able to have one calm and warmer evening to photograph the spectacular sunset. While many before us have praised the local eateries, we have fun prepping in the kitchen, combining our meals with our winery finds and savoring it all with the view of the lake. If you'll have us back we'd love to do it all over again.

We have been vacationing at Cayuga Lake for over 30 years, and this was the best ever!! Thank you for sharing your lovely cottage. To walk out the door and be over the water was a thrill! We rented a boat and did some fishing, attempted skiing, soaked up the sun, and even enjoyed watching the storms come across the lake to visit us. We hope to come again.. the Schooleys from Virginia

We had a fabulous holiday.... watched the fish jumping, saw a beautiful shooting star, ate yummy food, fed the duck, swam in the lake every day and rode the bikes to wine tasting at Long Point Winery.
