Outstanding Beach Holiday

Prime location on the beach. Sit out on the back porch and listen to the waves. Close to Historic St. Augustine. Everything a family needs for a vacation. The farmer's market by the pier on Wednesday was great. The owner's restaurant suggestions were spot on.
The condo is very comfy. Being on the first floor is nice, and no cheesy flamingo art or bad art deco. Very comfy chairs and beds. The kitchen comes fully loaded, just add groceries (Publix is right around the corner). The Wi-Fi is also a nice addition.
We never heard neighbors or anything else around the condo except the waves crashing on the beach, everything you could hope for and more..

My wife, daughter and grandson had a great stay at "Sarah's". The owner is very, very helpful as is the staff. The condo is very well furnished, the kitchen is great and the beds are comfortable. The restaurant suggestions were right on (can't go wrong with the Sunset Grill and its just down the street, and Cafe 11 is the place for brunch, also very near). Publix is very close and convenient. The pools are very nice and well maintained as is the entire property. The real attraction though is the beach; it's beautiful and well maintained; with a near by life guard and its just steps from the patio. Coffee on the patio with the sun rising over the dunes is worth the trip. My daughter took a great picture of the sunrise that should be part of the St Augustine brochures. Also when you want a break from the beach, there is plenty to do, with the old town and the outlet malls. (When downtown, look up Luli's Cupcakes, the cupcakes are unbelievable.) We had a great end of summer trip and we will defintely be coming back.

This was a really great home away experience! The georgeous big beach is literally steps away and the sound of the waves can lul you to sleep. It is nice to be on the ground floor because my kids could just run right outside the door to play. The condo itself was very clean, the kitchen was great for cooking, and it was nicely decorated.

The condo complex was very quiet and well maintained, the pools were great (we liked the smaller warmer one, but the unheated big was was also beautuful). The staff were very helpful, and it was nice to have a property guard on duty at all times.

The condo owner is also very accessible and helped us with small but important things like restaurants and activities in the area.

I would recommend this to any of my friends or family as it is very well located in the St Augustine Beach area, the beach is at your door and the condo itself is very comfortable.

This was by far the nicest condo we've stayed in. The location is ideal...wonderful for sitting on the patio, watching the wildlife and stars, and listening to the ocean. It feels very private, yet is steps away from parking and the boardwalk to the ocean, not to mention minutes away by car to grocery shopping and restaurants. The furnishings and decor are tasteful, the mattresses are heavenly, and having wi-fi is an added bonus. Plus watching the shuttle Discovery from the patio! Sarah, the owner, is extrememly cooperative. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to anyone seeking the perfect getaway.

An absolutely beautiful condo. My family and I had one of the most memorable trips to St. Augustine. We have been renting on this beach for the past 10 years and this condo is by far the most cared for and updated place we have ever stayed in. The unit was extremely well equipped and very clean. The owners have done a tremendous job making this place a home away from home. Thank you for such a wonderful vacation. We will be back and would highly recommend renting this unit to anyone that wants a relaxing, worry-free vacation.
