My husband and I stayed 10 days in the apartment. The location is the best for everything you'd want or need. There are 2 beautiful parks very near, grocery stores, restaurants and shopping in all directions.
The apartment is very well supplied and exceptionally clean. One thing I liked were all the windows for light and air. Sadly no views except of other apartment buildings though, but this is a huge city and if you had views you'd pay a lot more I think. I think it is a very good value.
The owner is easy to contact while you are there if you need anything and is very prompt to reply.
We would definitely rent this apartment again.

We found the apartment to be exactly as advertised. It is a very convenient location close to restaurants, shops and places of interest. Based on N. American standards, we found it smaller than expected but worked well for two people and meet all our needs. We found it to be very clean and has an excellent shower. Should be visit again, we would certain consider it again.

O apartamento é ótimo. Está muito bem localizado ao lado da avenida santa fé, uma das mais importantes da cidade, e próximo da avenida 9 de julho. O apartamento é novo, moderno, grande e com todos os utensílios possíveis. Nele é possível acreditar que você está na sua casa. Os proprietários são muito atenciosos e de confiança. Eles respondem todas as duvidadas em pouco tempo. Recomendo este apartamento !

I was very pleased with my decision to rent this apartment for a 10 day stay. Sebastian, the owner, was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry so the booking process was completed in a few hours. My security deposit was immediately returned.

The apartment was immaculate and nicely decorated. It was a bit warmer than usual during my stay and the air conditioning units cooled the apartment very quickly. I used the washer a few times and hung my clothes to air dry instead of using the dryer. The bed was extremely comfortable and having a window shade to keep the sunlight out was a bonus.

The location of the apartment is the biggest selling point. The apartment is located in a nice area and as a woman traveling solo I felt safe at all times as would travelers of all ages. There is a bar and a few restaurants around the corner so there were people of all ages walking around as late as 12:30 am. Two small grocery stores, a pharmacy, cafes, a dry cleaners, about 4 restaurants and ATM's are all within 1-3 blocks of the apartment. Don't fret if you forgot to pack something- there are tons of clothing stores on Santa Fe for all ages in all price ranges. I didn't bring my cell phone and laptop with me so I went to an internet cafe a few blocks away on Callao and Santa Fe (across the street from a Starbucks) every few days to check in with family. I walked to all the attractions from the apartment (Recoleta Cemetary being a 10-15 minute walk from the apartment and San Telmo about a 40-50 minute walk). A stop on the green subte line is about 3 blocks from the apartment and a stop on the red line is about 6 blocks away. You will not have any problems hailing a taxi from outside of the apartment but there a tons whizzing by on Callao or Santa Fe.

Sebastian gave me contact information for a transfer service and a travel agent. I would highly recommend making arrangements to have Sebastian's contact pick you up from the airport. The fee is less than what a taxi would cost and after a long plane ride it was nice to not have to wait in line for a taxi. The travel agent booked my flight to Iguazu Falls over the phone and I picked up the e-ticket at her office 10-12 blocks from the apartment the next day.

All in all...fabulous apartment, fabulous owner, fabulous location, fabulous trip!

This listing's description was exactly as I found the apartment. Sebastian waited for me with fresh flowers, bottled water and some cookies. The apartment was spotless, and the bed was very comfortable. The closet space was great. The coffee and sugar/sugar substitute was very helpful. Sebastian was super helpful and courteous, and offered a local cell phone that needed to be charged, which was done very easily. The place is superbly located close to everything and anything. Transportation is very easy in Buenos Aires (don't even dream of renting a car, terrible traffic and horrible parking). You have cabs, subway, and buses readily available, less than 1/4 of a block away. Don't miss Freddo (the best icecream ever) across the street. Even though there are three people in the signature, it was only me this time (Silvia). I will definitely consider this apartment (and the other one he has) for future rentals.

My wife and I enjoyed our 7 days in Recoleta in Sebastian's classy little apartment. Everything was as advertised and Sebastian was very helpful. The wifi was very good we could even watch streaming video on our laptop.

Clean, crisp apartment with everything a couple need to enjoy an unforgettable vacation in Buenos Aires. From the initial enquiry by email to the moment we entered the door everything ran smoothly. The location was fantastic, in an upscale area with plenty of restaurants and bars in walking distance. We tried three locations during our fortnight in BA and this was by far the best. There is plenty of space in the apartment for you and your luggage and it really doesn't take long for you to feel like you are in a home away from home. The owner has thought of every little detail and his experience and professionalism make your stay even more wonderful. I couldn't find any faults at all. Thank you!

I stayed in this gorgeous apartment in Recoleta for 5 days and 4 nights in September. Frankly, the pictures don't do this place justice. I was taken aback by the very clean demeanor of the apartment as well as the location, comfortable bed, high quality of kitchen items and the owner. I cannot wait to go back to Buenos Aires one day and stay in this apartment! Note: I stayed in another apartment before this one in Recoleta-- it doesn't even hold a candle to this. It's very bright, cheery and quiet! I wanted to rest after a long day, and I was able to do that here. Everything that you would need is walking distance. Thanks again! -Priscilla & Andrew
